"Fallen out of time - Fortunately, because this was required at the campsite opposite, I had asked by e-mail whether INF/DFK membership was required. They wrote that this membership was not required. However, as a single traveler you have to name a guarantor. Well, where was I supposed to get one?

"Pure nature - Very nice place in the middle of nature. Super friendly staff and good service. Very clean and lots of leisure activities. Swimming in the Ceze is fantastic and the pool is adequate.

"Sauvage 622 - It was our first time in this region. Our pitch was in the Sauvage area. My reserved pitch was too small for the caravan, a tree prevented access. It was no problem to choose another pitch. The reception is super friendly and helpful. The sanitary facilities were cleaned at least 3 times a day and additional checks were carried out. We found the sanitary facilities in the Sauvage area to be clean and sufficient in number. The Sauvage area is shady and quiet, we didn't hear any music here. You have to walk about 500 meters to the swimming pool. The small store, the bar and the restaurant are located here. We cannot comment on the restaurant as we like to cook for ourselves. The use of the canoe (free of charge) is recommended. Overall, we can recommend this place. We would also vacation here more often. We had no cell phone network in the campsite area, only in the river area, but that didn't bother us.

"Directly on the river - The natural naturist campsite is located directly on the Ceze. From there it is possible to reach the neighboring naturist campsites on a river walk without clothing. The entire naturist area is approx. 100 hectares in size and is ideal for hiking naked all day, canoeing or swimming in the Ceze. The sanitary facilities in the "Sauvage" area are not very spacious and unfortunately there was only cold water in one sanitary facility during our stay. The sanitary facilities are functional and relatively clean. However, this stands and falls with the guests. When it's dry, the moving cars are very dusty. That annoyed us. Because many campers drive every meter by car. And unfortunately too fast. The staff at reception speak German and English and are friendly. The campsite offers mostly shady pitches. You can swim in the pool or the Ceze. There is a sauna by the pool. The small grocery store is very well stocked. Absolutely quiet at night. A campsite in a great landscape.

" - A paradise....for those who love nature, with a warm welcome and friendly atmosphere, except for the bears.......and those who have nothing to do there. (Naturism is a philosophy as much as a state of being).

" - An irascible manager who doesn't hesitate to send his customers packing. "I don't give a damn about the customers, they're happy, they're not happy, get them the hell out! These are his words and his leitmotiv! Absolutely avoid!

La Genèse Route de La Genèse 30430 MEJANNES LE CLAP GPS: N44.26628°, E4.36903° By road arriving from the North • Take the A6 motorway until exit 19 Bollène, Alès, Pont Saint Esprit. • Follow the N86 for 18Km towards Bagnols-sur-Cèze. …• Pass Pont-Saint-Esprit then Saint-Nazaire. • In Fangas take the D980 on the right for 15Km towards Barjac. • Drive on through Saint-Laurent-de-Carnols, La Vérune and Saint-André-de-Roquepertuis. • At the exit take the D167 on the left for 12 Km until Méjannes-le-Clap. • In Méjannes-le-Clap turn right onto the "Route de La Genèse" until you reach the campsite. By road arriving from the South • Take the A9 La Languedocienne motorway until exit 23 Remoulins • Drive around Remoulins, following signs to Uzès. • Take the D979 as you drive through Malataverne. Continue for approximately 8Km. • Turn right onto the D167 until Méjannes-le-Clap. • Drive through Méjannes-le-Clap, then turn left and onto the "Route de La Genèse" until you reach the campsite. By train • Arrive at Montpellier Saint-Roch or Nîmes train stations. • Hire a car and take the A9 motorway. • If you do not want to hire a vehicle, you can use the services of our partner "Transport SOF".
