"Simple but beautiful - A typical French municipal campsite: simple, beautifully situated, within walking distance of a world heritage site and wonderfully idyllic. We were only there overnight, but felt very comfortable. The sanitary facilities are very basic but clean. The price is reasonable and the site has everything you need. We would stay there again at any time. We can't say anything about the possibilities for a longer stay.

Aménagé sur le site d’un ancien moulin à eau, sur les bords de la Gartempe et à 700 m de l’Abbaye, nous disposons de 43 emplacements de 100 m2 en moyenne, à l’ombre des arbres séculaires avec quelques hébergements de …loisirs. Et si vous êtes en vacances en groupe, un emplacement spécifique vous est dédié, un peu à l’écart. Lodges & Mobil-tentes De bois et de toile. La lodge «Baroudeur» est idéale pour 2 personnes. Avec kitchenette, la «petite Tribu» peut accueillir 4 personnes, tout comme la «lodge Tribu», conçue, elle, pour 5 personnes. Même concept pour les 2 mobil-tentes mais agrémentées d’une cuisine, d’une salle de bain et d’une terrasse (pour 4 personnes). Salle de 100 m² située à l’étage du moulin à disposition des campeurs (TV, bibliothèque, tables et chaises). Le Wifi est accessible gratuitement sur l’ensemble du bâtiment ainsi que sur une partie du camping. Piscine à 400m et tous commerces à 600m. Proche du GR 48 et de nombreux sentiers de randonnée.
