"First visit to Slovenia - Campsite by the outdoor pool on the outskirts of Ljubljana with large pitches. The newly built sanitary building is superbly equipped and is of a modern standard. The outside of the building was being spruced up during our stay. There is a bus stop not far from the campsite from where you can get into the city. There are also cycle paths for exploring the area. There was a voucher for the use of the outdoor pool, a restaurant is located at the reception and a gym is right at the entrance to the outdoor pool. During our visit, we paid any prices quoted for a motorhome including 2 people per night. And remember, motorhome drivers greet each other.

"Camping with a booming sound system - Ulrich Pletzer 1/5 just now on Google This could actually be a beautifully located campsite, situated on the riverbank, with well-kept sanitary facilities and friendly staff. In fact, however, there is a hard to bear continuous sound from the neighboring properties and you have the impression of being a guest on a test site for sound technology. The location on the river is also difficult to make use of because the gates to the river promenade are locked around the clock and access is only possible with long detours across building sites and wasteland. It's nice by the river, but the bizarre sound system is even louder there. My verdict: a pity, but never just now on Google This could actually be a beautifully situated campsite, on the banks of the river, with well-kept sanitary facilities and friendly staff. In reality, however, the neighboring plots emit an unbearable constant sound and you get the impression of being a guest on a test site for sound technology. The location on the river is also difficult to make use of because the gates to the river promenade are locked around the clock and access is only possible with long detours across building sites and wasteland. Although it is beautiful by the river, the bizarre sound system is even louder there. My verdict: too bad, we've booked until next week, but never again after that! Ulrich Pletzer

"Ok - In itself a nice one with a small playground in front of the WC/shower house. We paid €98 for one night in high season for 3 adults and 2 children. Unfortunately no store on the site but nearby.

"2 nights for sightseeing okay - You can do that, but we would also try a pitch somewhere else as an alternative.

"too expensive for what is on offer - Although we ordered and paid online, an additional payment was required on site. This increased the price to 47 euros per night for 2 people with a caravan. The showers only had cold water, supposedly a defect.

This campsite offers pitches for campers, caravans and tents and mobile homes for hire. All on 3ha, on the banks …of Sava River in the verdant region of Ljubljana. Ljubljana Old centre is only 5 km away. Bus stop in direct vicinity and easy access with bicycle. The recreational path along the river offers many opportunities for various outdoor activities such as jogging, cycling, outdoor fitness and flyfishing.
