"Very bad experience, never again - I had to book for two nights, although I only needed one. On handing over the bungalow, I was not told that I should even turn on the hot water and electricity myself (spending two nights and not assuming that the guest wants to shower): Very nasty surprise then, and not a person to be reached far and wide. The bungalow was also not clean, it was very dusty and dirty in the corners. To the point of being disgusting. 100,00€ for such a service is not acceptable. Despite an attempt at clarification, I didn't get a word of regret, apology or goodwill... On the contrary, I was rudely reprimanded by the owner, who told me to read the terms and conditions... may be true for the boiler and the electricity, but the terms and conditions are of no use to me when it comes to cleanliness. I can only advise against spending time there, service or customer friendliness looks different in my world.

"No campsite - The campsite is definitely not a campsite for day campers, there are no places where you can stand safely. There are playgrounds that are dirty, you should check beforehand whether the children can play there at all. The showers are incredibly outdated as are the toilets and there is garbage and dirt everywhere. The campsite does not look inviting. The campsite map on the internet is between 20 years old, as are the pictures. The restaurant is open from twelve to 18:00. There is no bread roll service, let alone a breakfast offer as described on the internet. We didn't find the excrement disposal so we were forced to pour it straight into the toilet. Surely many say what a rating this is for it is great nature and a lake, but the conditions as stated on the Internet are by no means correct one should perhaps get a personal impression before visiting the place. Dangerous is also the own access to the lake there it was certainly beautiful many years ago, the boats that may have been on the water are now lying in the water. There is garbage from old fridges etc. lying around on the site.

"For us: Once and not again at the campsite - Unfriendly reception (if you want to call it that) - Dirty sanitary facilities - Unfriendly atmosphere on the pitch - No service This campsite is not recommendable! - on arrival, despite a reservation, you are grumbled at (driving too fast across the site, anyone can say reservation, ID card (no please, no thank you), lights off in the wash house and door closed, this is a proper campsite!) - the sanitary facilities were very unclean and were not cleaned either in the evening or in the morning and probably hadn't been for some time... - no indication of anything - Permanent campers including owners are allowed to party late into the night. - Conclusion: If day campers are not wanted, you should also say so and well-kept sanitary facilities and friendliness should be standard!

"We will be back. - This unmistakable tranquility was simply fantastic, our 7 year old daughter was not to be seen the whole day, because she quickly found contact with the many other children.the own bathing area was great and never crowded.Yes, there is a need for order in some corners, if you consider that everything is done by yourself and you don't need luxury, the place is just right for relaxing and recharging your batteries, and if you take the time and let the operators explain to you why it is the way it is in some corners, you will also understand.If you need luxury, you should look for a hotel.The food in the Stüble was very tasty, which is also made by the operators themselves. They all only have 2 hands. Conclusion for us, we went home satisfied and relaxed and we will come back again. With kind regards.

"Peace and relaxation for the whole family; pure nature instead of luxury - We arrived at the campsite well prepared thanks to the website. We found the site exactly as described. Due to the location in the forest and a little away from the town, we felt calm and relaxed from the very first day of our vacation. Our children quickly made friends in the centrally located playground. The Voltz family has given the campsite a magical charm with the fairytale design of the site and the restaurant. They are very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the bread roll service to the tent and the really tasty food in the restaurant. The campsite's private beach is a great advantage, especially with children. Only campers are allowed to use it. Thank you very much for this wonderful vacation.
