"How does the 3 stars - The small place is nicely located and with sufficient facilities. The operator, an elderly lady, is very nice and the price is average. The sanitary facilities are very small and old but clean. However, it is a mystery to me why the place is categorized with ***.

Der Campingplatz liegt auf Nord Harris, 8 km von der Fähre in Tarbert entfernt. Die Stellplätze sind mit Strom und Wasser ausgestattet. Vor der Tür des Campingplatzes befindet sich ein Postkasten. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit ist in Tarbert, wo sie sich …am Besten gleich mit den nötigsten Nahrungsmittel eindecken. In Tarbert gibt es auch eine Touristeninformation mit Inselkarten, Informationen zu Ausstellungen, Vogelgebieten und was Sie sonst so benötigen. Außerdem gibt es dort Souvenirs zu kaufen. Die Insel ist sehr steinig und ruhig gelegen - also perfekt für diejenigen, die den stressigen Touristengegenden etwas entfliehen wollen.
