Ein wunderschöner Campingplatz mit Privatstrand. Eine echte Perle unter den Campingplätzen in Cornwall, der während der Hauptsaison sicher sehr voll wird (ohne Reservierung keine Chance). Der Platz ist so wunderschön gelegen und gepflegt. Überall gibt es kleine bepflanzte Steinmauern. Die …kleinen Ferienhäuser (static homes) sind umgeben von Blumen und hübsch verkleidet. Der Platz ist sehr groß, wirkt aber durch die hübsche und liebevolle Bepflanzung gemütlich und familiär. Der Privatstrand ist klasse und umgeben von den Seven Bays von Padstow hört man Abends das Meeresauschen. Es gibt einen großen Shop und auch die sanitären Einrichtungen sind gepflegt. Padstow ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Autor entfernt. Hier kann man schön bummeln und den Flair der Stadt einsaugen. Toll ist auch eine Sealife-Safari mit etwas Glück sieht man vielleicht auch einen Delfin. Aber schon die Fahrt raus mit dem Schlauchboot ist ein echtes Highlight. Für alle Bierfreunde: unweit des Campingplatzes gibt es die Padstow Brewery mit tollen Craftbier und Shop. Sehr klein, aber fein!
