" - is located in a beautiful bay that is somewhat reminiscent of the Algarve. The water is clean and free of algae and jellyfish. However, the beach is quite narrow at high tide and is in the shade from 16:00. Spacious site with lots of greenery and a huge pool, but outside of siesta time the music is unbearable. The self-service restaurant has a very good selection of dishes, but they are served with plastic cutlery. Nobody really understands this nonsense. Prices moderate 5-6 euros, quality quite good. The sanitary facilities are ok so far, although I don't understand why you have to pay extra for the hot showers when you rent a pitch for 66 euros. Incidentally, you can't help suspecting that the architect of the complex may have had a little too much grappa when he planned it, as the toilets and showers can only be reached regularly via the restaurant. Otherwise you have to find a path between the bushes. In the evenings, the entertainment rattles on and it is of course a matter of luck where you find your spot, but awarding five points for "quiet" is hardly appropriate in high summer. The mini market is well stocked and you don't even have to leave the grounds to shop. The staff are friendly and helpful, but you do need to have some Italian if you want to know anything. The practice of making children pay in full from the age of six naturally pushes up the price and then this place costs around 80 euros at the most expensive time. I have already spent four nights in Greece in comparable comfort at this price. Italy is the worst country for camping in Europe in terms of price/performance ratio.
