"Only suitable for one overnight stay - Pitch is suitable for an overnight stay if you can make some compromises. The welcome was nice. There was no restaurant. The wifi was very weak. You had to walk to the toilet facilities to get a reasonably stable signal. The toilet/washroom/shower facilities as such are borderline to barely acceptable. One of two showers was blocked and so the water ran into the washroom. As soon as you entered you were standing in the water. The toilet and washbasin are not separated from each other. There was only a garden restaurant within walking distance to get something to eat. The owner is very friendly and helpful, she also speaks a little German. The food is very typical Polish. It is dripping with fat. (Alcohol is not served, but you can bring your own beer). The tablecloths are not clean. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this campsite/pitch and don't understand how it got on the ADAC's recommendation list.

"Peace in paradise - The site is located directly on the lake and has a small harbor. There are permanent campers on the edge and you can choose where you want to stand. The operators are very friendly and helpful. You can be picked up from here and go on a wonderful canoe trip in Ukta. The price/performance ratio is right. 16€ for 2 pers. incl. electricity.

"Very quiet, mainly suitable for water sports enthusiasts - The site is a meadow right next to a small harbor, ideal for SUP, canoeing, sailing, etc. There are 2 small grocery stores in the village. The surrounding area is not necessarily suitable for cycling. The bike paths in the forest were very sandy, there is a lot of traffic on the roads. Sanitary facilities are older, but ok. The price is relatively high for Poland. We paid 65 Sloty per night.

"Cosy family camping in quiet corner of Mazury. - A nice little site around 5 km from Ruciana Nida and 25 from Mikolajki. So you are not far from the "action", but still in a secluded and quiet place. There are a few shops in Wygryny - 1 km away - and one of the days a van with fresh bread pulled up. Nice little "beach" with a mini-pier kids can jump from. The water seems relatively clean as far as lakewater goes. Wifi works next to the main building and don't forget a long extension cord, as You can find yourself up to 20-25 meters from the nearest power hookup.

" - Very nice quiet location on the lake. Swimming, reading a book, boating, fishing (with day license from Ruciane Nida). No parceled pitches, but free meadow. Saturday evening barbecue, music. Unfortunately no restaurant with regular catering, but only possible to order food in advance. But it was very tasty and cheap. Several guest rooms with balcony/bathroom/TV were also available, so my parents had bed and breakfast and we were able to stay in the caravan next door. Shopping facilities approx. 300 m away, unfortunately not on the campsite. Bakery van comes daily. Owner offers boat trips, e.g. to Nikolaki, for groups of 10 or more. Communication in English and occasionally in German.
