"No more nice - Lousy management! The infrastructure and the place is decaying! Often very unkempt! Parking lot fees as a rip-off!

"A night with Helene Fischer! - After the rather rough registration process, we were able to choose a pitch. The allocated pitch was dark, damp and clammy. We decided to spend the night at the back of the campsite. It was actually quite nice until the music started in the evening. I guess there are a lot of party people there during the vacations. Depending on your taste in music, you would certainly have enjoyed it, we were tired at some point and had Helene in our tent until 01:00. The sanitary facilities are tiny, poorly ventilated, old, not clean and when brushing your teeth you have smells in your nose. I stuck the waste bin liner in the door so that a little air could get in from outside. It's not always the same people on a campsite, but the atmosphere was bad. I travel a lot with a camper van or tent and have never been in such a bad mood and never been so happy to leave a campsite. Very important for dog owners: dogs are completely forbidden.

"Completely overrated, no longer recommended today. - Sanitary facilities very worn, take a look in the corners! Other sanitary buildings typical of the GDR no longer up to date. Staff very unfriendly and thirsty. Site manager: he has no love for camping, just comes once a week to collect money. If you ask for a chat he says "I'm responsible for the garbage today" and leaves you standing there. Only the promenade part and the short camper place are partly maintained. The other "campsites" mentioned are not shiny and need a lot of care. Water points are there, but they are equipped with low-flow taps, which is totally lousy. The reception is partly rebuilt as a snack bar (the forgetting side windows of the snack bar are not exactly hygienic) by the reception employee whose relative is the best coffee drinker there and increases the turnover. The whole place needs a general overhaul, what a pity.

"Quiet for simple requirements - Friendly welcome, the place is confusing and connected with very long paths, we could only use the sanitary facilities from GDR times, which took some effort and the smell around the facility was repulsive. The lake is endlessly shallow and you need a bit of stamina to get to swimming depth, but the water quality is great and ideal for small children. We still felt comfortable, but made more use of the bath in our own caravan.

"Simple space - The staff are very friendly and there is a nice swimming area by the lake. Our pitch for the tent was a natural area with some sparse grass. There are two sanitary facilities on the site. A new building with good facilities and one from the GDR era with external terrazo washbasins. Both facilities were clean.

There will also be enough space for watersports and to …go fishing. Experience our unique natural environment, the national park "Unteres Odertal" with its small lakes, damp biotopes surrounded by a hilly landscape, with emerged after the last ice age.You will meet a lot of rare of flora and fauna which you can enjoi in absolute silence and seclusion, whether on foot, by bike or boat. Our site is an ideal spot to start touring placesof cultural interest, interesting sites, small towns and villages with their speacial flair. The camping site offers a complete service and conveniences for your stay and for all guests perfect possibilities to recover with all their different interests. Our team wellcomes you with friendliness and competence. You are very welcomed.
