"Wonderful camping on a natural bathing lake - Small site on a large bathing lake, surrounded by cottages and mobile homes. The camping meadow is right on the shore and next to the swimming pool, which is open to the public during the day. Of course, it can get a bit noisy when the swimming pool is in use. The site is very well maintained and in perfect, clean condition. No luxury, but rather camping in its original form. But we didn't miss anything. There is a snack bar on the swimming pool grounds and a recommended "Eetcafé" close to the access road. But there is no bread roll service. The owner couple is extremely friendly and helpful - almost like being on vacation with friends.

Die Rezeption befindet sich am Eingangstor. Das Empfangspersonal spricht Deutsch und auf Nachfrage sind Adapter für Steckdosen an der Rezeption erhältlich. Der Stellplatz befindet sich zwischen Dauercampern und dem See. Verschiedene Bäume und eine Kastanie säumen den befahbaren Weg zur …Campingwiese. Das öffentlich zugängliche Seebad liegt direkt gegenüber von den Waschräumen und Toiletten für die Besucher, ist aber mit Chipkarte für Camper gesichert. Das Freibad ist überwacht und nach Wetterlage auch länger geöffnet. Eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sind vorhanden (Preis: Pro Waschgang € 1,-, Trockner 50 Cent). Das Duschen ist im Preis enthalten. Strom kostet hingegen Extra. Die Stadt Groningen bietet tolle Cafes und auch mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut erreichbar.
