"I was completely disappointed - Can only be used for an overnight stay for transit to the north or south. The site is used by permanent campers. Guests get the barely usable rest. A lot of noise in the evening from the adjacent road and the permanent campers. No possibility of disposing of the toilet tank or emptying the waste water tank. Filling up with fresh water is possible. W-Lan reception possible but occasionally weak.

Profile

The camp site is open all year. We have 9 cabins and 4 caravans for hire. There are nice places to park your caravan, camper, or put up your own tent. All the sites have electricity and free satellite TV …connections. We have a popular playground for children, and in the roadside restaurant you can play billiards. If you want to surf the internet, we have an internet PC or wireless internet access for your own PC. Nordnes Camp & Bygdesenter is centrally located, and an excellent starting point for roundtrips in the area, for instance to Saltstraumen, Bodø, The Arctic Cirle, The National Park Centre or The Salten Museum and The Blood Road Museum at Rognan. Nordnes is also a good starting point for walking in Saltfjellet-Svartisen National Park or Junkerdal National Park, or if you want to fish in rivers, lakes or in the fjord.
