"Quiet, well-maintained place to... - Normal, reasonable prices. Lidl, Aldi and Pingo Doce nearby. Impressive castle nearby to visit.

"Good price - Good price in relation to the quality of the space, very quiet, as it is on top of a hill there is a magnificent view of the Bay of Sesimbra, access may not be very practical for those who don't have a car, but nothing that a 20-minute walk can't solve, a small detail (which is only about location) that is easily erased when we arrive at the park and we have peace and tranquility.

"Large municipal square. - The site is laid out in terraces. There are plenty of planted pitches for tents. (Luggage can be transported with the handcarts provided. Womos and trailers are parked up in the sun. But with wind and a wide view. The altitude is probably 80 m. With a view of Sesimbra.

Unterhalb des Platzes befinden sich der Hafen und eine Schiffswerft mit vielen Restaurants und Tauchschulen sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Rezeption spricht gutes Englisch und man bekommt einen Besucherpass zur Besichtigung mit Vorlage des Personalausweis. Die Einfahrt ist beschrankt und bewacht. Parque …Municipal de Campismo Forte do Cavalo verfügt über hunderte Stellplätze mit Nummern, teilweise im Schatten. An vielen Stellen der Wohnmobilstellplätze hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht zum Meer. In den Regionen des atlantischen Ozean kann man Delfine beobachten. Die Stellplätze sind mit Strom und Wasser ausgestattet. Zum Entleeren der Chemietoilette wurden zwei Servicepunkte aufgebaut. Die Sanitäranlagen sind einfach ausgestattet mit Duschen und Toiletten. Wäsche kann man hier mit der Hand, an dazu vorgesehenen Waschbecken waschen. Vor den Sanitäranalgen befindet sich ein Trockenplatz. Die Zeltflächen sind zur Hälfte schattig und befinden sich auf Plattformen mit Steinwegabgrenzungen und auf sandigem bis steinigem Boden. Im vorderem Teil des großen Platzes befindet sich ein Restaurant mit Terrasse. Auf dem Campingplatz haben sich viele Dauercamper niedergelassen. Hunde sind angeleint gestattet. WLAN-Verbindung besteht im Bereich der Rezeption und im Restaurant.
