"Not suitable as a city campsite for sightseeing in Lisbon - Despite booking in advance with all the length and width details of our caravan, we got a pitch that might have been suitable for a van. And because we booked early, the ACSI card (€23) was not accepted and we had to pay €38! The showers didn't even feel like they were one square meter, the sanitary facilities were old and in need of renovation. If you want to visit Lisbon, you should look for another place, the public transport connection is catastrophic. The reception recommends a cab.

"well suited to get to Lisbon - we were there for two nights to visit Lisbon. the starting point is well suited for this. under different circumstances, we would have chosen a different place.

"The Orbitur Costa da Caparica campsite fulfills many campers' wishes - The campsite has a good number of pitches with a very high level of comfort (water/waste water/electricity). It is very conveniently located for Lisbon (pay attention to the toll!) and for exploring the Atlantic coast.

"Noisy expensive place - Only suitable for overnight stays in an emergency. Annoying street noise. No shopping facilities far and wide. A shitty suburb. Cycling dangerous. Never again.

"Close to the beach - Beautiful orbitur near the beach. Great leisure facilities. Mini market with a wide range of products. Catering offer in order. Good bread service in the low season without pre-ordering

"At the gates of Lisbon. - I was on this site to have a look at Lisbon and have to say that it is 20 km to the city and you always have to pay a toll. Also the traffic noise due to the location directly on the main road is not audible. The sanitary facilities are old and I would like to have hot water at least for washing dishes. WIFI is only available around the restaurant but fast enough there. The beach is about 1 km away and there are several surf schools.
