"Naja.... - Sehr unfreundliches Personal dem jede Frage zu viel und jeder Weg zu weit ist. Persönlicher Kontakt wird nicht gepflegt von Seiten des Personals. Zu den Sanitären Anlagen....naja, veraltet und in Chlor getränkt (inkl Reizung der Atemwege)

"Kleiner Campingplatz direkt am Pulvermaar - Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und direkt zu unserem Stellplatz geleitet. Der Platz war groß mir direktem Blick auf das Pulvermaar. Der Platz ist terrassenförmig angelegt und die Stellplätze für die Urlauber befinden sich unten am Wasser. Zum (alten) Waschhaus geht es steil nach oben. Einem wir beim hochlaufen ganz schön warm und das ist auch gut so, denn das Waschhaus ist ungeheizt!!! Die Duschen sind alt, aber sauber. Es gibt in den Duschkabinen keine Möglickeit, seine Sachen (z.B. Handtuch) abzulegen, man kann halt nur duschen und sich dann außerhalb anziehen. An den Waschbecken gibt es keinen einzigen Haken. Man muss seine Sachen auf die Bank in der Mitte das Raumes ablegen (wie in der Umkleide einer Turnhalle). Die Wassertemperatur in den Duschen ist fest eingestellt und man kann sie nicht regulieren. Nachts benötigt man auf alle Fälle eine Taschenlampe, wenn man mal raus muss, da der untere Teil des Platzes nicht beleuchtet ist. Die Lage ist als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren optimal.

"in der Vulkaneifel - CP gut für Ausflüge in die Vulkaneifel, "wilde" Badestelle am Platz, Brötchenservice, kleine Speisen und leckerer Kuchen im Imbiss, sanitäre Anlagen veraltet und ungepflegt, eingeschränkte Duschzeiten: mittags für 3,5 Stunden geschlossen und abends ab 22:00, da brennt dann auch einfach kein Licht mehr im Waschraum

"Ruhe am schön(st)en Maar - Kleiner aber feiner Hangplatz direkt am Pulvermaar. Gaststätte von morgens bis Abends mit guten und günstigen Speisen und feinsten hausgemachten Torten. Das Pächterpaar Meul gibt alles für den Platz und die Gäste.

"Kleiner CP in Hanglage direkt am Pulvermaar - Kleiner, einfacher CP in einer Hanglage direkt am See, günstig im Preis. Gutes Lokal (Essen und Eis), nette Betreiber, hilfsbereit. Brötchenservice. Bademöglichkeit am Platz, dieser ist allerdings schlecht anzufahren und sehr eng. Im Sommer tagsüber viel Verkehr durch Zufahrt zum Schwimmbad um den CP. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten und Radfahren auf dem Maare Mosel Radweg.

"Ruhig. Einfach. Sauber. Entschleunigt. - Camping, das es schon fast nicht mehr gibt. Keine Animation, überschaubare Größe, Ruhe, altmodische aber saubere Sanitäranlagen, warme Duschen ohne den üblichen Aufpreis. Freundliche Gastgeber, ein herrlicher See - der tiefste nördlich der Alpen. Bistro mit guten Pommes und Currywurst. Pizza! Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die vulkanische Vergangenheit der Eifel. Gutes miteinander von Dauercampern und Touristen! Ein schönes Plätzchen!
