"loveless - not a really good price-performance ratio. There are much better places in the area. If you want to go to Oslo: camp away from the city, take the camper close to the 250 bus route, look for a parking lot outside Oslo... is the better choice! There is another campsite that faces the water, nicely situated...

"Large square on the beautiful Oslofjord - Reception was unfortunately only manned on our departure - so we could only partially use the great sanitary facilities (showers only possible with special poulets). This was of course due to the fact that the season had just ended. The flat pitches that can be used by tourists are rare. The site is mostly used by permanent campers, which is understandable given its location in the Oslo conurbation. Addendum June 2017: We were not offered a pitch with electricity - tip: ask what is available before you arrive!

"Quiet alternative for Oslo visits - Wonderfully quiet site on the Oslofjord. Mainly permanent campers. However, the few tourist pitches by the water get very full at weekends (and probably also in the season). As there are no pitch partitions, it can be the case that your neighbor is practically on your doorstep and it can get a bit noisy. The sanitary facilities consist of several complete bathrooms with shower, washbasin and toilet. Unfortunately, the waste garbage cans are quickly overflowing with paper towels. Small store with very good baked goods. There was no Wi-Fi during our visit. Good bus connection directly from the square to Oslo. Tickets are very expensive on the bus, so it is advisable to buy 24-hour tickets at the "Ruter" center at Oslo station (discount for seniors!). PS: Good advice. Keep the receipt. After our return we received a reminder for the invoice amount of the stay, although we had paid the amount on site by credit card. The reminder was only canceled after we sent in the receipt!

"Almost too good to just go on excursions - Beautiful location of the few tourist pitches directly on the Oslofjord. The site and facilities are clean and well maintained. Bus to Oslo city center directly at the campsite entrance, journey approx. 1 hour for 36 KR (pensioners). Small, well-stocked camping store. Again and again!

"Very nice operators... - As Oslo seemed too crowded for the Fendtiii, we decided to stay at Ramton Camping a little further out. So much for the hospitality of the Norwegians: although the campsite was being renovated and had not yet "officially" opened, we were warmly welcomed for one night. From there, we went into Oslo without the snail shell and had a wonderful day there, including at the castle and in the city center. We didn't use the sanitary facilities etc. because the campsite was actually closed.

"Great place for a visit to Oslo - Very nice, clean site in an ideal location for visiting Oslo (accessible by bus). State-of-the-art sanitary facilities, very clean and well maintained. Great location directly on the Oslo fjord.
