"Unfortunately only mass-oriented - I didn't camp here, but rented a mobile home. These seem to be getting on in years and are unfortunately not really clean, there were stains on the walls (toothpaste stains or dead mosquitoes) and in some cases mold or mildew stains were noticeable, which is no wonder if they are not heated in winter. I had problems with the heating, which could not be fixed even after three nights at 13 degrees. All I got in compensation was a sorry. The water there was hot, which doesn't help much if the rest is cold. I spent one day in the warm wash house. The cladding under the washbasins was coming loose and the toilet seats were simply behind them or missing altogether. The water in the shower was lukewarm at best. A shame as the site itself is well designed but basically only consists of permanent campers and mobile homes. There were no bread rolls in the supermarket. You could tell that the site was "taking advantage" of the fact that there was only this site available to people during a major event in Lommel. The motto "Massa macht Kassa", which is displayed at the entrance, really comes through here.

Aan werkelijk alle denkbare faciliteiten voor een onbekommerde vakantie wordt hier moeiteloos voldaan. Of u nu kiest voor een verblijf in …een tent, caravan, comforthome of chalet; iedere plek is een verademing, waarbij privacy en goede voorzieningen als standaard gelden. Blauwe Meer weet wat de vakantieganger op prijs stelt: ruime plaatsen, comfort daar waar nodig en hygiëne als vanzelfsprekend. Na een bezoek aan Blauwe Meer wil je nooit iets anders meer!
