Recreatiepark 't Gelloo ligt op de Veluwe, midden in het groen. Veel natuur is kenmerkend voor dit gebied. Zo omringen bossen en heidevelden het 15 hectare tellende vakantiepark. Ede kenmerkt zich vooral door een verscheidenheid aan landschappen. Door de situering …op de grens van Veluwse stuwwallen vindt men er bossen, heidevelden, en zandverstuivingen. Ede en Bennekom zijn ontstaan op de stuwwalrand, aangezien het hooggelegen gebied kansen bood ter overleving; hoge (droge) heidelandschappen voor schapen, laaggelegen weiden voor het overige vee, met daartussen de gebieden waar akkerbouw plaatsvond. Het Nationaal Park De Hoge Veluwe ligt op zo'n 10 kilometer van de camping. Naast volop rust en ruimte in de vrije natuur, ontbreekt het u tijdens uw vakantie ook niet aan een gezellig dorps- en stadsleven. Mooie Gelderse dorpjes zoals Ede, Lunteren, Otterlo, Bennekom, Harskamp en Wekerom liggen op fiets- of loopafstand. Tal van landelijk bekende attractie- en dierenparken zijn gemakkelijk bereikbaar.
