" - Super great family-run campsite with very nice and friendly operators. Despite the fact that the site was already closed, we were greeted very nicely and were able to stay for 3 days, then unfortunately we had to get back on the ferry. Beautifully laid out hiking trails, cleanliness and friendliness, nice little details (heart hiking trail), no parceled out pitches, all this makes this place highly recommendable. It's only about 10 minutes by bike to Mandal. The Mandal river flows opposite the site, where there are lovely bathing and fishing spots. For us a place that is far too good to spend only 1 or 2 nights there, this place is absolutely suitable for an annual vacation. Keep up the good work and we would love to come back.

" - The site is partly used as a transit site, but this is not a disadvantage. The owners are very helpful and give good tips. Some of the sanitary facilities have been renovated. But also very busy. If all guests stick to cleanliness, there are few problems. I recommend the cab to Mandal, which is not too expensive, but too far for many people to walk.

" - Immediate payment. Cash only. Which was difficult at the end of a vacation. Cramped pitches, very strict regiment, which is not known from other places in Norge. Sanitary facilities were too small and therefore often frequented and unclean. OK for 1 night.

" - Very nice place on Holumsveien (455) not far from Mandal in the direction of Langeland. Very cozy. WoMos, tents and cabins. Small sanitary area made entirely of real wood. Power supply for motorhomes. Sanitary facilities sometimes a bit tight (3 showers, few toilets) but very tidy. Covered dining area for cyclists and hikers. Generally well-kept site. 235 NOK August 11 and 10 NOK showers.
