"Camping Wimmer Achensee - Great place, absolutely friendly and uncomplicated operator. Ideal starting point for excursions around the Achenesee (Rofan, Ebnerjoch, Pertisau,...), petrol station with small M-Preis market directly opposite for small items.

"Seecamping Wimmer Achensee - an excellent campsite on the Achensee. Super friendly, helpful operator who always has an open ear. Reception open from 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. Sanitary facilities always clean. Washing machine and dryer available. There are approx. 94 pitches available. It is advisable to call in advance to check occupancy. There is a good, tasty, cozy restaurant with a large outdoor terrace at the campsite. Also recommended for dog owners with dogs suitable for camping. From the campsite you can make very nice hiking or mountain biking tours. If the weather is bad, the Achsee Atoll Bad is close by. This is the second time we have come here and we like it very much.
