"We were satisfied - An outdated but friendly, well-run campsite. Great location. Due to the coronavirus, we didn't use the sanitary facilities and showered in the motorhome etc. Cycle tours to Miltenberg, Freudenberg, Bürgstadt and Wertheim make the site perfect for a short break.

"Nice, simple and clean place. - The campsite is beautifully situated on the Main. Swimming and fishing lake next door. Natural bathing lake with concrete surface, water slide for small and big children. 2 diving boards, bathing island and water mushroom. DLRG supervision. Playground, table tennis and volleyball court also available. The campsite itself is simple but kept clean. Friendly staff. Showers and sanitary building old but clean. Bread roll service. W-Lan on site. Restaurant by the bathing lake. Shopping possible 1km away. Showers with separate coins. The rinsing situation should be changed, only one of four pools with warm water. (heating with kettle) or getting warm water from the warm water basin was no problem despite already occupied. Permanent campers always nice. There was hardly any shade on the tourist pitch, but 2 or 3 trees could have been planted. We will definitely be back again. A great place for us, as there is a swimming lake next door and it's good value!!!

Der Campingplatz in Freudenberg am Main verfügt über 300 Parzellen, welche zwischen 100 und 150 qm groß sind, und über eine etwas abseits gelegene Zeltwiese für Gruppen. Die behindertengerechten sanitären Anlagen bestehen u. a. aus mehreren Einzelwaschkabinen, Duschkabinen sowie einem …Babywickel- bzw. Babybaderaum. Darüber hinaus sind eine Koch- und Spülküche mit Frühstücksecke ebenso vorhanden wie ein Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Zur weiteren Ausstattung des Platzes zählen ein Kiosk mit Gasverkauf und ein Aufenthaltsraum und Internetcafé. Das Freizeitangebot umfasst einen Spielplatz, Tischtennis, Poolbillard und Tischfußball. In der näheren Umgebung des Campingplatzes befinden sich zudem ein See-Schwimmbad, Tennisplätze und eine Möglichkeit zum Bogenschießen. Lohnenswerte Tagesausflüge - mit Rad oder Auto - führen beispielsweise in die schmucke Fachwerkstadt Miltenberg oder zum ehemaligen Benediktiner-Kloster im barocken Amorbach.
