"Camping Siesta courteous and friendly price performance is right😀 - Staff friendly.helpful.sanitary facilities clean.surrounded by hiking trails / dream trails.price performance is right.small place with play facilities for children.dogs are welcome.because the place is on the highway, you may hear some cars.it did not bother us.

"Good place to spend the night - The small square is located right next to the A 61 and a busy country road. The traffic howls, but it howls so evenly that you can eventually ignore it. The numerous permanent campers obviously manage to do the same. There is a separate pitch for tourists near the two sanitary buildings. Friendly reception, bread roll service, free WLAN. The whole site is well maintained and the sanitary facilities are clean. There is actually no toilet paper, which is not only very unusual, but hard to believe. It's really unpleasant to walk around the site with a toilet roll in your hand. The fact that there is (no longer) a restaurant on site is made clear on the website. However, you can quickly get to the nearby fast food restaurants by car.

"Directly on the highway - The highway noise is constantly audible. It didn't bother us at night. The sanitary facilities are very nicely done. At €22 for one night for two people with a dog, it was relatively cheap.

"Very nice campsite but - Proximity to the highway is always an advantage and a disadvantage at the same time. You can get there quickly but the highway is always noisy. This is understandable and cannot be "turned off" by the campsite. The sanitary facilities are impeccable. Very clean, heated and work perfectly. I was passing through with my two children with hiking luggage for a multi-day hiking tour and was equally shocked that there was no toilet paper. As we were there on October 3rd and all supermarkets were closed, this was a somewhat unpleasant situation that we were fortunately able to solve with tissues. But honestly: toilet paper shouldn't be a problem at a campsite of this category. If necessary, sell it in the pub. Then nothing gets stolen ;). The tent meadow is quite sloping but there are also pitches that are flat. The friendliness could be improved. All in all, highly recommended

"much better than expected :-) - We were here for a long time because of the location... almost directly on the A61 and the busy L113. The noise nuisance is undoubtedly there but not as bad as expected. Otherwise, we found a very well-kept site with modern and clean sanitary facilities. WLAN is available free of charge, although not that great. The only thing that is definitely unnecessary is that there is no toilet paper available in the toilets; a circumstance that we haven't seen for a long time and possibly a nasty surprise for someone who doesn't know this. Otherwise definitely recommended!

"Never again - Old-fashioned campground. Very unfriendly owners. Service in restaurant terrible. Food not good. No draft beer in high season. Lots of noise from freeway.
