"Quiet and peacefully located campsite. - The campsite is not very large, which in itself provides a lot of peace and quiet. Furthermore, the nature around the campsite is beautiful, as there are many trees and a slightly hilly terrain. There are plenty of water points. The camp manager is very friendly and welcoming.

"Bad experience at Skovly Camping - Throughout our long life we have visited many campsites but have never experienced such a rude welcome - the camp manager showered first my wife and later me with oaths and curses. We packed up and drove on to Klim Strand Camping where we felt welcome without being scolded. We will NEVER visit or recommend this place to others. PS: we hope the camp manager had a bad day - otherwise good luck to other campers.

"Great space for the price - Located in a fantastic area close to the Fosdalen valley and a little drive to the pigsties, which is definitely worth a visit, right by the campsite is a lovely nature playground.

Small campsite and magnificent nature Here you stay on a small campsite very close to some of the most magnificent nature in the area between Jammerbugt and the Limfjorden. Regardless of which way you drive from here, there are plenty …of opportunities for experiences in, for example, Hanstholm, Løkken or Blokhus. Go exploring in nature Children and childish souls can let loose on the large forest playground by the square or get lost in perhaps Denmark's most untouched forest, Fosdalen. In Langdal Plantage you can walk on marked paths right out at the edge of the dune and enjoy the magnificent view of Jammerbugt. And if you climb Baunehøj, you are already 84 meters above sea level. Fish cutters and coffee at a beach hotel At Slettestrand and Thorup Strand you can see the fishing boats being pulled directly onto the beach, as has been the case for many hundreds of years. Here you get rugged nature and many unique experiences. After just twenty minutes by bike, you can settle down and enjoy a cup of afternoon coffee and the atmosphere at the nearby Svinkløv Badehotel. Tag til Tranum på camping med børnene Kun tyve minutter væk i bil finder du det populære Fårup Sommerland, hvor børnene nok drømmer om at tilbringe mere end en enkelt dag. Når I er i Tranum på camping er der masser af aktivitetsmuligheder for børn på pladsen, og nærområdet med skov og kyster tæt på byder på masser af naturoplevelser. Hvis I tager på ferie ved Jammerbugten, er I på camping ved Blokhus og feriebyens mange dejlige oplevelsesmuligheder for store og små med masser af butikker, caféer og forlystelsesmuligheder. På camping ved Tranum klit og den nærtliggende strand har I rig mulighed for at bruge dagene i badesandalerne i sandstrandet, når den korte cykeltur fra den skovindrammede campingplads er tilbagelagt. Masser af legemuligheder for børnene på Tranum Camping Hjemme på pladsen kan børnene også få stillet legelysten på hoppepuden, svævebanen, rutsjebanen, klatrestativet eller boldbanen. Oog i det hele taget løbe frit rundt uden at de voksne skal bekymre sig. Den mindre pool indbyder til en frisk dukkert. Swimmingpoolen åbner i Kristi himmelfartsdag den 9 maj.
