"Nice staff, poor sanitary facilities - You get a very nice welcome on arrival. The site is nice and green and there is plenty of shade. There is a rear exit which takes you quite quickly to Lübben and the water sports areas. The condition of the sanitary facilities is unfortunately so bad that the advantages did not outweigh the disadvantages for us. In the toilet area there was a pungent smell of urine, dirty toilets and dirty floors. The shower and washing area is very old and there is a lot of damage. Brackets on shelves are broken off so that they hang down at an angle. Three of four fluorescent tubes are broken. The screw connection on the shower head is loose so that it just splashes against the tiles on the wall. Of the four campsites we visited this year, this was the most expensive for us and the worst due to the poor sanitary facilities.

"Rating - ! Mass instead of class! After a change of operator, the pitches have been reduced in size, although completely different sizes are stated on the website. Even the smallest pitch is completely used up. So that you can hardly secure your markers. The sanitary facilities are not designed for the number of campers. The water pressure was reduced and the cleaning left a lot to be desired. Especially since the day guests BEFORE the campsite are also allowed to use the sanitary buildings for a fee. The advantage was the peace and quiet. Although there were still so many guests, it was quiet at night from 10pm. The catering, run by the butcher Scherz, was also highly recommended and delicious. Payment was made immediately on arrival! There was no briefing. As we were there for the 4th year in a row, everything was already familiar to us, but we won't be back! Too bad The campsite does not meet the usual KNAUS standard

"Quiet place for water sports enthusiasts and dogs! - We received a very friendly welcome! We are traveling with motorhome and dog! We were there at Easter and it was great weather! The meadows were still a bit wet but still everything was very clean! Sanitary facilities were heated and also very clean! You are very central and can still go shopping on foot! We would love to come back! Family Stark

"Quiet days in the Spreewald - We stayed at the campsite for 5 nights with our motorhome in August. For this we paid 170 €, plus 20 € tourist tax, plus 16 € electricity costs. We agree with the rating from Anja B./July 2022. Only the "main road" and the path to sanitary house I are paved. All other paths are gravel with fine or coarse chippings; dusty in the heat, muddy in the rain. The remaining green areas could have been mowed between the departure and arrival times. arrival times, so it looked very unkempt. We didn't hear a lawnmower during our stay. All water and shower taps in Sani I and II are equipped with a very short water flow, which was very annoying as you always needed one hand for the sensor! The toilet and shower cubicles in both sanitary blocks are outdated.

This modern-friendly camping site lies in the midst of the " Spreewald " region, on the outskirts of the town of Lübben upon the river " Spree ". only 5 minutes to the boat rentals ( private berth available ). …Two heated sanitary units, restaurant and daily fresh deliveries of bakery goods. An ideal base for trips into the " spreewald " region. Hiking and biking tours start from here. Bus trips to Berlin, Potsdam and Dresden.
