"Square with bathing beach near the Göta Canal - The site itself is beautifully situated between the Göta Canal and the adjacent lake. There is a large meadow with access to the beach and the lake. In fact, we have never felt so unwelcome anywhere else. Hopefully the team was just having a bad day.

"Nice place - The place is very well maintained - sufficient sanitary facilities - the place within walking distance - several shops in the village - very nice bike route along the Göta Canal towards the mountain - swimming directly at the CP the man at the reception even found his note to my mail request from 8 weeks before

"Ranch feeling in Sweden - Smaller site near the Göta Canal and Lake Boren with bathing beach. Characterized by permanent guests and few tourists. Sanitary facilities in good order and well maintained. Pitches rather small, some with a view of the lake. Showers with 5Kr coins, sanitary area accessible with key. We combined our stay with a cycle tour to Berg along the canal, about 44 flat kilometers there and back. We did not regret the stay.

"Western style - Western-style campsite. Nice little CP with clean sanitary facilities. Quietly situated by the lake. Only a few minutes walk to the center and the canal.

"A campsite with charm - It's true, at first you wonder whether you've come to the right place. The place is rustic and looks like a Wild West ranch. But then you realize the advantages: Spotlessly clean. Rustic - but well thought out. The operators are very friendly and approachable. In short: highly recommended.

"Small, cozy, rustic place run with heart and soul on the Göta Canal - Here, in addition to a larger campsite, you will find a beautiful, small, cozy, rustic-looking campsite directly on Lake Roxen and the Göta Canal. The pitches are slightly parceled and in different sizes, first row to the beach with lake view. The campsite is run with great commitment, passion and attention to detail. The toilets, showers etc. are furnished accordingly. The toilets, for example, are always individual, completely enclosed with washbasins and music, each toilet looks different, as do the showers, where there is room for the whole family in the shower. All the sanitary facilities are very well maintained and clean. The manager makes her rounds several times a day to check that everything is in order. The kitchen is well equipped with a stove, oven etc. In the small reception you will find information, a small selection of utensils for daily needs, ice cream, bread rolls in the morning. W-Lan free of charge on site. There is a small playground at the campsite and another one at the beach. The lake with sunbathing lawn is right next to the campsite, has a jetty and the water is clear and warm. You can hire bikes at the campsite and set off directly along the Göta Canal, for example. The famous Carl Johan staircase lock in Berg is approx. 18 km away and can be easily reached via the cycle path along the canal.
