"Beautiful location on the Maggia, but old infrastructure - The location and the beach on the Maggia are great. The pitches are good, but the sanitary blocks are in need of renovation. The pool is great, but unfortunately there is no awning.

"Quiet, clean, - We know the site from previous stays in the summer. Well-kept pitches, very clean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, no fresh water on the pitch or in the immediate vicinity. The campsite is unfortunately already very shady in mid-October. The staff very friendly, booking etc went smoothly.

"A mixed bag - The facilities here were excellent. I think there was a fridge and there was definitely somewhere they we could freeze icepaks. There was also a place to sit and eat which we really appreciated as we weren't able to travel with table and chairs. We were initially disappointed with this campground because the site was so unwelcoming, especially given the high cost of staying there, but we really appreciated the facilities so that made us happier. I would probably try and find somewhere cheaper if I had to camp in the area again though.

"Nature paradise - Pitch right on the Maggia; super friendly staff, clean toilets/washrooms; public transport included and great restaurant. We arrived spontaneously and changed our itinerary because of the great ambience. It was just so idyllic and beautiful and there is so much to explore.... If our pitch hadn't been reserved from Wednesday, we would have spent the whole vacation there. We will definitely be back.

"Real nature camping with comfort - We liked it all around, real camping in nature, with the comfort of new, very clean sanitary facilities, you were very free on the site, there were no nonsensical rules and prohibitions. We have already recommended the site to others and would like to mention the friendly staff and the always hot water for showers and washing up. The cycle paths on the doorstep and the discounts on cable cars and free travel on buses and trains were great.
