"Great place - Beautifully situated place, ideal for transit, as it is also very well located in terms of transportation. Bus ticket (guest card) to Lucerne included in the overnight price.

"TCS Camping Luzern-Horw WIFI experience - The Wifi service did not work, we could not connect to the Internet. The reception staff did not spend a minute trying to help us to solve the connection problem. Very dissatisfied with the treatment received by the reception staff.

"Motorhome site - According to ASCI Camping Guide, the site is reported as a RV park. Upon arrival this turns out to be a campground. Very annoying as a camper driver when you drive that far and come to the conclusion that you have no other choice. The agreed price according to ASCI is 25 CHZ per night. After finally an indicated place from the owner, after installation I could pack everything back up and was assigned another place. VERY FEELING and this for 38 CHZ per night. Here I will NEVER come MORE!!! It may still be free!

"Customer friendliness - The incompetence at reception is hard to beat. A lot of energy and effort is spent explaining why something is not working and what kind of idiot the guest is, instead of finding a solution.

"Very nice campsite! - We were two families (one in a Pod and one in a camper van). The campsite is ideally located. Within easy reach of the beach and public transport. The campsite is extremely clean and offers all useful amenities. The reception is very friendly, by a helpful and pleasant team. It was a very pleasant stay, which we'll remember with pleasure.

The view of the surrounding mountain landscape is breath-taking. Enjoy sunbathing in the adjacent lido or a refreshing dip in Lake Lucerne. A leisurely walk along the nature trail around the campsite is a relaxing way to leave everyday life behind. There is also much to discover and experience in the heart of central Switzerland: Take the world's steepest cogwheel railway to the top of the mountains. Take a ride on a nostalgic paddle steamer to the origin of the Swiss Confederation. Or enjoy culture and art in nearby Lucerne and stroll across the oldest wooden bridge in the world.
