"Lovely camp - We really enjoyed our stay here, camping in a tent. There is a beach right next to the camp, great paths for short walks with your kids or dog. Showers and toilets were clean and cozy. There is a public stove and tables for campers, we really appreciated those.

"Great campsite in the beautiful Bernese Oberland - The TCS campsite is idyllically situated by the lake, surrounded by a lakeside park with magnificent trees and a breathtaking panorama. The center of Thun can be reached by bus or bicycle in 10 minutes. Good public transport connections. The facilities at the campsite are very clean and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. A great campsite!

"Very nice place directly on the lake - The pitch is located directly on the lake, good layout of the pitches and extra lane for check in and check out. Good water connections on site. Friendly reception. Some of the pitches were strewn with wood shavings, which made it possible to get in and out cleanly. The sanitary facilities were good and were cleaned several times, but they were not sufficient when the pitch was full, so there were waiting times, especially in the morning. The individual wash cubicles lacked a small storage area. Direct access to the lake, possible to walk to Thun, along the lake. Despite full occupancy and many bathers at the lake, it was always quiet at night. However, this pitch was also the most expensive on our trip to Switzerland.

"Beautiful location on Lake Thun - All in all, a good camping site in a beautiful location on Lake Thun. There are good bathing opportunities for children, not too deep water and a great playground. There are also barbecue areas for use at the front of the lake. The staff are friendly and happy to help. The bistro/restaurant is delicious, but sometimes a little expensive (e.g. 9 fish crispies from Poland for CHF 18). If you don't need a permanent parking space, this is still included and you pay for a parking space without using it, so to speak. We can definitely recommend this campsite to families.

The lakeside bistro with its large terrace is a sociable meeting place for campers and locals alike. A special highlight awaits you at the campsite: Sleep in a 'tube' or in a comfortable chalet. Rent glamping accommodation and wake up to enjoy the unique view of Lake Thun and the mountain panorama. A visit to Thun's old town is highly recommended, and the city bus will take you directly from the campsite to the city centre.
