"Manageable space, conveniently located. - A conveniently located place to visit the Viamala Gorge, for example, or - my favorite - the RhB World Heritage route. The train station is within easy walking distance, and there are also shops directly opposite. There is also a bread roll service on site and a snack bar. I was very satisfied and will definitely be back.

"4 overnight stays over the Whitsun days with very nice weather - Very friendly and helpful camping staff, very clean pitches, electricity and water supply well distributed, ideal and central location, easy to reach by public transport, good shopping facilities available, well-kept and clean sanitary facilities, uncomplicated handling and competent advice Many thanks .... We will be back.....

"Very well-kept place - In the middle of nature under trees, you will find a very well-kept, beautiful campsite with friendly staff. Public transport is also close by.

"End of vacation - As good as new complex, top modern, super clean and in a good starting point for many activities. Shaded by many trees and towards the evening you can no longer hear any cars. In the village, which is easily accessible on foot, there are various options for eating out. There is even a small DIY store (Jumbo).

Welcome to the 3* TCS Camping Thusis Viamala in the mystical heart of the Grisons and at the northern portal to the spectacular Viamala Gorge, which was carved into the rock thousands of years ago by glacial ice and the …waters of the Hinterrhein river. The pitches beneath the large, shady conifers create a dreamy forest ambience. The campsite is the perfect place to take a break and really enjoy the breath-taking nature of the Grisons on your way south, before you pass the San Bernardino. Experience the fascinating and spectacular journey with the Bernina Express on the highest railway line in the Alps. You can hop on a train at the nearby station and travel to sunny Italy.
