"2-week summer vacation - We were glad to have booked the pitch by the lake, as it is very cramped on the parceled out pitches with our 9.5m caravan. The toilets, showers and the outdoor spa area are getting on in years. You shouldn't expect German standards here. But they were unbeatable in terms of cleanliness. One point is deducted because there is no running water directly on the north side of the lake. The bad reviews from 2022, where it was claimed that things were stolen, must have been taken to heart, as the police are on patrol and security guards also guard the facility. The children and we enjoyed our 2 weeks there as we are not that demanding. We can recommend the resort with some reservations.

"Large space but great location - We rented a mobile home. It was new and wonderful. Everything was great. The site is ideal for families with children as there is a real swimming paradise. We went on wonderful bike rides and enjoyed the countryside!

"Giant pool landscape - The campsite is located next to the Sava River, close to the Slovenian-Croatian border. The Croatian capital Zagreb is approx. 40 km away. The nearest village, Brezice, has several supermarkets where you can get EVERYTHING you need. You can rent family tents or mobile homes from Lux-Camp, Gebetsroither or Happy-Camp, which are extremely cheap in the low season. Our mobile home was perfectly equipped with 2 bedrooms, lounge with gas stove and fridge, heating and air conditioning, terrace with table and chairs. There are several hotels next to the campsite (for those who want to bring family members who don't want to stay on a campsite). Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the surrounding area as my accident prevented me from exploring it.

"TOP rental accommodation and aquapark... - As we wanted to redeem an almost expired voucher, we drove to Slovenia without any great expectations. We had only ever driven through Slovenia when we were on our way to Croatia. When we got there, we were all totally thrilled. Both we adults and our 3 boys (aged 7, 9 and 11) were totally overwhelmed by the whole place. The aqua park is amazing. Super warm thermal water everywhere. The slides are excellent and there wasn't much going on at Whitsun. The resort offers various types of accommodation. There is certainly something for every taste. The Slovenians are totally child-friendly. We can recommend the following excursions: A visit to the Croatian capital Zagreb, Beachbar Tochka (an absolute highlight) and a canoe tour on the Krka. You can book the tour at the beach bar next door. Uncomplicated and beautiful. We have such positive memories of Slovenia that we will definitely be back.

"Beautiful location with a great water park - We have already been to this campsite twice with our children. The site is large and, depending on the location, quiet or noisy. So far we've been lucky with our rented tents and haven't had any problems. The sanitary facilities are ok and clean, but could be improved. The water park is really great. My wife and I loved the lazy river. And the many slides were of course very popular with our kids. The water is often too warm for me as it is thermal water. Even the showers in the baths are warm. Where else do you pay an entrance fee for such a water park that costs as much as the campsite itself. However, the tourist tax at the campsite is very expensive. We paid more for 4 days than in Croatia or Italy for 14 days. There is also a lack of infrastructure for tourism in the area. There is a large market in front of the campsite every day. We didn't eat at the campsite but across the river in Mostec, which can be reached by raft. It was very good. The area is also good for cycling and jogging. There are not many places of interest, except for the capital of Croatia. We always used the campsite as a stopover on the way to Croatia. We will do that again
