"City proximity - Good location of the campsite near Thisted. Beautiful view of the fjord. The whole site looks very worn and old! Sanitary facilities could do with renovation. Sometimes there is an unpleasant smell from the nearby sewage treatment plant.

"Directly on the fjord with good supply options - We stayed at this campsite in May 2018. Originally only planned as a stopover, but due to special circumstances it turned into 2 weeks. The site is located directly on the fjord, but is protected from the fjord by a fence, as there are many walkers and joggers from Thisted. The pitches are large enough. The pitches are positioned across the fjord bank so that everyone has a good view of the fjord. The site is mainly frequented by Danes. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The nearest supermarket is only about 200m away. In the town, a 15-minute walk away, you have all the amenities you need. Aldi, Lidl, DIY stores, H&M, bakery, butcher etc. There is a great cycle path to the bascule bridge to Vilsund West. The sanitary facilities were always clean. Good value for money.
