"Level square by the river Lågen - We received a very friendly welcome in English and had a free choice of seats. The elongated pitch is divided by a cross road. On the northern part is the reception, the hotel, the sanitary facilities and the kitchen. There are about 90% permanent campers here. On the southern part there are many rental cabins, a small wash house and space for day guests. Many old pine trees provide plenty of shade. There are three glamping tents on an island off the coast. A river meanders past the entire site. However, there are only a few beautiful free spots by the water. On the opposite bank of the river is a mountain ridge over 1000m high, behind which the sun disappears early. (At the beginning of September, the site was in the shade from 5 p.m.) Although our devices indicated a strong WLAN network at the campsite, there was no connection to the Internet. Hot showers were free, although there were coin-operated machines in the showers.

"Goede plek op doorreis - Praktische camping als je op doorreis bent. De voorzieningen voor kampeerders zijn goed. Let wel op dat die enigszins uit zicht aan het einde van het veldje voor tenten liggen, dus niet in het hoofdgebouw. De priis voor een overnachting is laag voor wat je krijgt. Enig nadeel, je hoort wel het verkeer op de E6 langsrijden.
