"Beautifully situated place - A cozy little place, despite the cramped space directly on the canal, the pitches for motorhomes are large enough, the kiosk provides you with everything you need, the contact is familiar and friendly, the prices are very moderate.

"Great little cozy campsite - The campsite is very well laid out but has everything a good campsite needs. A small coffee shop, great sanitary facilities. And a wide range of sporting activities. You can hire boats there and it's a short walk to the Finno Canal. It's not overloaded with luxury but has everything you need for a comfortable camping vacation.

"a very small and really great place - A small campsite that is run very ecologically and with a high level of social competence. The sanitary facilities, for example, are very basic, but cleaner than any wash house I have ever entered. There are cakes, potato salad and other small dishes, all home-made and at very low prices. Very cheap canoe and bike hire. Large kitchen house and recreation hut, very nice sunbathing/play area with large sandpit, lots of children's toys, boat mooring and bathing jetty on the old Finow canal, charcoal barbecues can be hired and everything is free of charge. The interaction between the operators and the guests is so relaxed and friendly that the guests have automatically and without exception complied with the usual site rules. However, I did not see any site rules. In the high season, you should book in advance to be on the safe side. We wanted to book 14 nights at short notice, but could only get 4 nights (our own fault).

"Camping site to relax - It is a wonderful place to relax, not just to be lazy, but also to go kayaking, cycling and hiking. The website is very informative and comprehensive and there are plenty of suggestions. The operators are very friendly and careful to ensure that their guests have a pleasant stay. The site is ideal for small children, with a wonderful play area etc. Don't be put off by the first impression (approach), it is a natural site through and through. The ready meals at the kiosk are very tasty and the offer (drinks, bread service etc.) is sufficient. The sanitary facilities were clean and usable at all times. The pitches are large enough.

"Beautiful place with nice operators - The site is in a really idyllic location, at the very end of the small village, right on the canal. The site includes a meadow orchard which offers really tasty apples at the end of the summer. The plots are large enough and there are few of them, so it is advisable to call in advance. The paths on the site are short, which is very pleasant. The reception offers homemade cakes, a small selection of organic food and a bread roll service. In general, the site exudes an increasingly rare ossicamping charm. Those who like this will feel at home, but luxury campers are unlikely to. You can hire canoes and kayaks, or if you bring your own, there are also boat trolleys available to take them comfortably to the water. A canoe trip to and with the boat lift is a real highlight, but the Finow Canal also offers many natural beauties in the other direction, to Eberswalde, and you can paddle right into the town. Walks along the canal are also highly recommended due to the tranquillity. There is a wonderful botanical garden in Eberswalde, which is also impressive for non-botanists. You really shouldn't miss this collection and the beautiful grounds. A hike in the nearby Plagefenn is also highly recommended for nature lovers.

"Nice place with friendly staff - Apart from the fact that garbage, plastic and bottles are only handed in at certain times, everything is great. Shower tokens should be included in the price, which is not cheap. The sports facilities in the area are good. But overall these are visited by many guests. We stayed here in mid-August with a camper van and it was very quiet and spacious.

Es gibt einen Kanu- und Fahrradverleih mit Abholservice von Booten und Fahrrädern. Auf dem Platz gibt es einen separat vom Campinggelände gelegenen Lagerfeuerplatz mit …überdachtem Rastplatz, eine geräumige Campingküche mit Koch- und Abwaschgelegenheiten und Kamin, einen Volleyballplatz. Für (Rad)Wanderer sind 4 Campinghütten (2-5 Pers) zu mieten. Es gibt einen Kiosk/Imbiss mit leckerem Espresso, Filterkaffee, Kuchen und Artikeln für den alltäglichen Campingbedarf. Gruppen nur nach vorheriger Absprache.

Mit dem Auto: B2 in Eberswalde in Richtung Oderberg verlassen, zum Schiffshebewerk abbiegen, im Ort Niederfinow an der links abbiegenden Hauptstraße geradeaus zum Ortsteil Stecherschleuse fahren oder B167 in Hohenfinow verlassen und nach Niederfinow über die Hubbrücke, links zum OT …Stecherschleuse. Die B158 Ahrensfelde/Werneuchen bis Tiefensee – in Tiefensee im Kreisel links auf die B168 Richtung Trampe/Heckelberg – am Ende von Heckelberg rechts auf die L29 Richtung Kruge/Hohenfinow/Schiffshebewerk – in Niederfinow hinter der Zugbrücke links in die Finowstraße die zur Dorfstraße wird. Immer gerade aus, nach 3 km liegt links am Finowkanal unser Triangel Campingplatz. Mit dem Zug: Bis Eberswalde fahren, dort umsteigen in die Regionalbahn bis Niederfinow, ca. 30 Minuten Fußweg. Mit dem Fahrrad: Ab Eberswalde auf dem Treidelweg Richtung Schiffshebewerk immer am Finowkanal entlang.
