Platsen, miljön, historien och känslan tar tag i en på ett speciellt sätt. Västra Kajens historia sträcker sig över flera decennier bakåt i tiden, Piteå är en stad som har passerats av många karaktärer under årens gång och idag lockar det citynära läget fortfarande besökare från när och fjärran
