Familiär, sehr kompetent und liebevoll geführter Wasserwanderrastplatz mit angeschlossenem Kanu- und Fahrradverleih am Peenekilometer 32. Der Rastplatz läd sowohl Paddler und Ruderer als auch Radler, Camper und Wohnmobilisten ein. Die Ausstattung läßt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt eine Zeltplatzwiese …mit Lagerfeuer- und Grillplatz, einen Spielplatz, natürlich WC und DU, sogar eine Gästeküche und zwei WoMo-/WoWa-Stellplätze mit Stromanschluß. Auf dem Parkplatz können Autos während der Paddeltour abgestellt werden. Für Tagesaktivitäten sind vier Richtungen auf dem Wasser möglich, ein Rückholservice wird angeboten. Als Startpunkt für Fahrradtouren ist Demmin genauso geeignet wie auch als Rückzugsgebiet für Erkundungen in Richtung Ostsee oder Mecklenburgische Seenplatte.

Anreise per Bahn: Tagsüber gibt es eine stündliche Bahnverbindung zwischen Neubrandenburg und Stralsund.
