"Caution! Severe cancellation conditions! - We booked a motorhome pitch at short notice and had to pay the full amount in advance. Unfortunately, I had to cancel the pitch 7 days after booking. According to the Recron terms and conditions, 90% cancellation costs are charged. A fee of € 7.50 will be charged for the cancellation. Tourist tax is also paid in full without the guests arriving. Additional items (small berth for 3.8m dinghy) will be charged in full. Despite several written requests for goodwill, there is no concession here. This is all about revenue and not about possible customer loyalty. Therefore we will unfortunately remove this place from our list!

"Permanently sounded parking space - Exposed location on the thoroughfare brings noise day and night. No night's sleep possible. Construction machinery in action during the day to build a new slipway makes relaxation impossible. Very expensive with minimal service. Camper plus 2 people cost €25.90, plus electricity. Pitch not recommended. Never again!

"Simply relax! - Tacozijl is a special paradise for us. Everything fits. The park team and especially the reception are super friendly. The sanitary building is new and always spotlessly clean. What more could you want. And the town of Lemmer is fantastic.

"CP on the outskirts of Lemmer in the marina - The CP is located on the outskirts of Lemmer on a through road. Motorhome port directly on the road. We opted for a pitch a little further away from the road, but had work going on there all day with an excavator and vibrating plate. Sanitary facilities were cleaned several times a day and were very clean. Staff very friendly and courteous.

"Easter vacation - We stayed at the campsite over Easter. Super clean new sanitary facilities, beautifully laid out pitches and very friendly staff. You can eat well in the restaurant and watch the ships from the terrace. We can recommend the campsite and will definitely be back.

Our Friesland Family campsite is surrounded by lots of water and is located directly on the Frisian Lakes. The camping pitches are spacious and have electricity. Everything is a short distance from the campsite. There is a modern sanitary building …on the campsite. The beautiful surroundings are ideal for walking, cycling or sailing routes. Enjoy the beautiful view on the terrace at Restaurant 'De Eerste Aanleg' or go shopping in the nearest town Lemmer. It's your vacation! The campsite is located in one of the best fishing areas in Friesland. At Watersportcentrum Tacozijl you can rent fishing boats. Special fishing spots: De Breken, the current channel and at the monumental Ir. Wouda steam pumping station (Unesco World Heritage Site). Enjoy the peace and nature along the protected reeds. Camping Tacozijl is a paradise for fishermen.
