"Was once the best place, but a lot has changed - New report: a lot has changed in the last 5 years, unfortunately for the worse. We used the disabled bathroom due to a broken foot and it was dirty. The animation has declined over the years and was outsourced to an external company. The campsite itself was also not cleaned as often as it used to be, you used to see staff sweeping up leaves and dirt every day. The restaurant was completely overwhelmed with 3 employees in the evening, we had to wait half an hour for 4 scoops of ice cream. I hope that some things will change again that make the place lovable. ...simply great, there are only very small points that could be criticized, but this is complaining on a very high level. I rarely give 5 stars, but this site deserves them because it stands out for its great location, its facilities and its concept. This campsite is a brilliant achievement. 1. the site: The location is brilliant. Situated directly by the sea with an eternally long sandy beach, the campsite nevertheless has a pool complex of the finest quality, which offers something for every age group. Three slides, several children's pools with different depths, a swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, sun terraces, fitness studio, etc. are on offer. It is worth noting that tight-fitting swimming trunks must be worn by male guests without exception. The place itself is consistently laid out in Hawaiian style, with palm trees, blooming flowers and bamboo growing everywhere. There is a butcher, store, bakery, hairdresser, kiosk, crepe and pizza stand. There are several bars. The pitches are large enough and shaded, level and there are plenty of pegs. There are plenty of sanitary facilities, the advantage of which is that there is no gender segregation so families can shower together with the kids. Wifi is also available for little money. 2nd offer: There are a number of excursion destinations in the surrounding area (Beziers, Pont du Diable, oil mill, Sete, ....). There is never a dull moment, be it culinary or cultural. There is always something on the square for young and old, and various events (concerts, performances, etc.) take place in the evenings. 3. staff: Always friendly and helpful, you can not only get on with French, German and English are also spoken. Children's entertainment is available in various languages. 4: The small disadvantages: In the evening, an event can go on longer until about midnight. We were right in the noise limit, so we could enjoy great concerts right on the square, but if we didn't like the program and it went on until midnight, that can be annoying. It's also a bit annoying when small children are sleeping. The access road to the site itself is a narrow cul-de-sac, so it gets very narrow when there are oncoming caravans. In conclusion, it is a very great site with an international audience (English, Dutch, French, etc.). The campsite impresses with its lovingly implemented concept. The cleanliness of the course also stands out. This place will see me again.... Merci à l`Aloha-Team!!!
