"Tightly managed but then not - Beautiful location on the river, the site looks well-kept and clean. Nice play facilities for children. There are a lot of rules, which certainly make sense; however, compliance with the night's rest is viewed rather loosely. Social and alcohol-heavy evening rounds, which cheer up the campsite until two o'clock in the morning, are not among the forbidden things. What a pity!

"Always happy to be there - Clean sanitary facilities, very well-kept site, location directly on the water with an excellent jetty, diverse infrastructure for children and sports, e.g. beach volleyball court. Bread roll service and good value for money. I really can't confirm reports that the campsite operator is unfriendly. My opinion: such a large site also needs a certain authority, otherwise everything goes haywire and guests who don't follow the rules and then complain have only themselves to blame. I think the campsite is highly recommended. I liked the fact that it is very quiet at night, the tents are in the shade in hot temperatures thanks to the many trees and you can decide for yourself where to pitch. The cell phone reception is not so good, but do you really need to be connected to it all the time? There is a power supply for the campers, but not for the tents, but Mr. Seyberth offers a locker with a socket free of charge for a small deposit, which was perfectly adequate for charging electrical devices. There is also space in the fridge and storage facilities for private boats. If you like, you can bring your own hammock, there are several stands available. And - no insect infestation this year, no ants in the tent either - that was very pleasant. I would love to come again.

"Do not come here under any circumstances!!! - We had a very short stay on this site as we were shouted at by the campsite owner as soon as we arrived in our canoe and told to leave the site as we were allegedly disobeying visitor rules. We just wanted to change after our canoe trip and have a bite to eat. We were never rude to staff or other visitors but were treated like violent criminals. As we made our way to our boat, the man grabbed our paddles and tried to get our valuables to lock them in his drinks storage. I didn't understand the intentions behind these actions and have no sympathy for such behavior. After this experience, I would advise everyone to stay away from this campsite.

"Beautiful but unfriendly - The place is beautiful, the facilities relatively clean. Unfortunately, the boss spoils your stay. He is constantly watching the guests as they go about their business and he chastises them every time they break one of the 1000 official and unofficial rules. For example, he rounded up two children because of a branch torn off a large tree. One point more because dogs are forbidden. We moved on as soon as we could.

"Never again - Good on the outside, bad on the inside. I've never experienced such a bad mood. When the groundsman (!!) walks around, you can't help but wait for the next bully. Strangers are automatically suspicious here. Questions are answered harshly and unobjectively. At lunchtime you can't even leave the pitch as a pedestrian without opening the gate - there is immediate grumbling. Diagonally opposite is a simply equipped pitch. I've never been so glad to be away again and switched to the Wilde Wiese.

"Highly recommended - Often quite full at weekends during the vacation periods with lots of children; ideal for people with tents and children because you have a large recreation room when it rains, clothes drying racks for drying wet clothes, a large terrace and lots of play facilities (beach volleyball, soccer, sand playground, toddler playground, fire pit, bathing area) Bread roll service, rental boats, sunbathing lawn...everything there, including a small library

Der Zeltplatz am Ostgraben liegt etwa fünf Kilometer vom Ort Burg/Spreewald entfernt. Das Angebot richtet sich insbesondere an Radfahrer und Wasserwanderer mit Zelt; für Wohnwagen und Wohnmobile ist der unparzellierte Platz nicht zugelassen. Zudem ist ein eigener Parkplatz für Autoreisende …vorhanden. Kanus und Kajaks können direkt am Platz ein- und ausgesetzt werden. In weniger als 500 Metern Entfernung verlaufen der Spree-Fernradweg, der Gurkenradweg und der Fürst-Pückler-Radweg. Der Platz besitzt Unterstellmöglichkeiten für Fahrräder. Im Servicegebäude befinden sich - neben Toiletten und Duschen - auch eine Küche und ein Aufenthaltsraum. In der Küche stehen den Gästen ein Kaffeeautomat, ein Elektroherd sowie ein Waschtrockner zur Verfügung. Die zentrale Feuerstelle verspricht gemütliche Abende am Lagerfeuer. Einkäufe können in Burg/Spreewald getätigt werden. Ein Kinderspielplatz und ein Beachvolleyballplatz vervollständigen das Angebot. Das Mitbringen von Hunden oder anderen Haustieren ist nicht erlaubt. In der näheren Umgebung bieten verschiedene Fahrrad- und Bootsverleihstationen ihre Dienste an.
