Since 2021 we are working together with ACSI in the area of the online booking route. With the online bookability on both websites and the two associated apps, you automatically multiply your overall reach. With no other camping online booking portal you generate more international campers.
Also, a bookable campsite is displayed preferentially on camping.info (and eurocampings.eu) compared to non-bookable campsites. When a camper searches for the date he wants to camp, your bookable campsite will appear before a non-bookable one. Thanks to online booking - campers can conveniently book their next camping holiday around the clock with just a few clicks on our website or the camping.info app. Very easily, quickly and from anywhere. And what does that mean specifically for you? The camper's data is already recorded, you as a camp site owner have more planning security, the check-in process is faster and there is simply more time to take care of other things.
I don't have an administration system - can I still join the programm?
camping.info has launched its own booking solution that enables you to book your campsite very easily. This works either with or without an own connection to your administration system. Thanks to our interfaces to almost all common management systems, the online bookings are compared with the current availabilities on your seat and directly integrated. If you have any further questions, the camping.info team is at your side with words and deeds. In the next question "Which PMS systems are supported?" you will find a listing of all partners.
Which PMS systems are supported?
**Currently we cooperate with the following management systems: CI Manager, Easy Camp, Erdmann Edv Service, Compussoft, CampPartner, KTech Smart Camp, book&camp and Camping.care. **
Note: If you do not have your own management system, then we can make you bookable online our own booking solution. Here you have the possibility to enter your availabilities and to use all advantages of online bookability as well as when you have an PMS system. Do you have any questions? For example, what kind of details can I add to the system?
One thing in advance: You can manage your availabilities individually for the stands and rental properties you have created. Exactly to the day with or even without an administration system. Among other things, our booking system offers the indication of:
✓ Minimum length of stay
✓ Prices for stands depend on the number of people
✓ Opening days and periods
✓ Additional costs (e.g. for a car parking space)
✓ The amount of the deposit is flexible when booking, at least 20%

Can I then also be booked in the app or only on the website?
Both! If you opt for online booking at camping.info, you can not only be booked at www.camping.info, but also in our new app! And it goes even further: You will be listed as a preferred place with current availability at camping.info - also in the App
Is the payment possible in currencies other than in euro?
Yes, the currency is internationalized. So your guests can have the amount converted into your preferred currency. You as a campsite owner will always receive the amount in your favored currency. We have deposited the following currencies: Euro, Swiss Franc, Danish Krona and Croatian Kuna.
Can I also be bookable online only temporarily, e.g. just in low season?
Of course! You can decide in which periods you want to be bookable online. If you want to push your capacities in low season for example, you can also set availabilities only in this time. Also it is possible to switch off availabilities in busy times if you feel like this.
