"Quiet campsite - The campsite is very quiet. Due to the corona pandemic, the sanitary buildings were closed (therefore no rating). There are lots of play facilities for children (artificial stream, football, basketball hoop, ...). Small store at the campsite. The village is a 20-minute walk away. Here you will find a bakery with a small grocery section and a health food store. The restaurants were closed due to the pandemic, but there are plenty of them.

"Great for a long weekend - We were there over Whitsun. A very nice campsite in itself. Very nice little lake, lots of play opportunities for children. Unfortunately no bread roll service etc. due to Corona. The operators look after the site very well, but it was cleaned at most once a day over the Whitsun weekend, definitely not enough with high occupancy at Corona times. I really like the round layout of the pitches.

"Hammer system - For families with children in the summer vacation better than any family camping in the Black Forest. We had a week in the Black Forest and a week here and our kids were absolutely thrilled with the entertainment here. Animation with heart and passion. Simply amazing In the Black Forest we paid three times as much for worse animation.

"Not a nice owner / Everything is controlled here - The location of the campsite is very good. The site is very old except for a new sanitary building and reception. The campsite is huge and has a lot of potential. But if that doesn't come now: the owner talks about customers instead of guests. And you can clearly see that. Reception only manned sporadically. So you always have to make do with a bell which sets up a radio connection. A family of 4 arrived who wanted to do a wash as soon as they arrived. There was no key, because the end of the washing time is soon after the operator's closing time. Here they are charged 9 cents per minute. I have never experienced anything so strange. We paid a whopping 18 euros for 1 wash + dryer. Even the soap dispensers say "please don't press hard". Everything is dictated and prescribed there. No trace of an unforced stay. Swimming pool closes early. Reception not manned again. Bread rolls only from 9 am. Nobody there at 9 am. Then you have to ask again via the strange bell. Overall rather expensive campsite. No water / waste water on the pitches. WLAN which is included, without function. Access to the children's shower only by arrangement. Key must be collected and brought to reception. For max. 2 hours at head height of the changing mat a socket without child protection. Bread rolls would only be ordered once. Dark and hard. Oh yes, no bread rolls on Wednesdays because it's a rest day. What an operator concept... Another guest tried to talk to the owner. Result: he was friendly and arrogant. He doesn't let his customers talk him out of his concept. Even a permanent camper said: There's never anyone here when you need or want something. Conclusion: pitches with electricity only and nobody else around. What a shame, the site had so much potential. But if you don't want to be a host and only want to accommodate guests with signs and instructions and at full price. You simply don't feel welcome and comfortable here.

"DSM 2019 - Sanitary facilities always spotlessly clean, everyone friendly. Great location. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 I'm already looking forward to the DSM2020 at the campsite

"We were satisfied. - Nice welcome, quiet large campsite and top service. Our two children (4 and 9) were SUPER happy. We only saw them all week to eat and sleep. We will definitely be back! Greetings to the TEAM.

Campingpark Reinsfeld is located in the beautiful region Moezel - Saar - Hunsrück. It offers the ideal location for a family holiday. Your children will ride around on go-karts, swim in the big outdoor pool or participate in children programs …that are offered during the high season. Or just take them on a cultural trip to the Roman city Trier, to Luxemburg or to one of the many monuments and chateau’s. A cruise on the river Moezel is also a great way to explore the area and combined with a visit to a local wine tasting it is a day well spent!
