We had a pitch with private sanitary facilities. The pitch was nice and big, the sanitary building was good and clean. I can't rate the normal sanitary facilities, we didn't use them. There is no camping store, but there is a bread roll service... and a snack bar/canteen. We used the outdoor pool. You can cycle to Winterswijk (approx. 10km). The staff were all very nice. It was actually nice and quiet, except for Pentecost Sunday when a party with a DJ was organized in the canteen, where music played until 1:00 am. A nice clean Womo pitch with a very large meadow. Electricity and water directly at the pitch. The sanitary area was clean and adequate. Our pitch with a private sanitary building was clean and tidy. The pitch was / is very spacious, plenty of room. Perhaps the disposal point for the chemical toilet could be provided with a superstructure. Here you stand in the rain when disposing of... waste. Space would be available. But this is just a small suggestion.
Those looking for peace and quiet will certainly not be disappointed here.
For families with children, there are good play areas and a pool. Logically, this is not yet in operation at the end of March. The restaurant/bistro has a small menu, the staff are always up for a joke and are friendly and attentive. There is a drinks machine and an ice cream freezer in front of the restaurant/bistro. There are good cycle paths and the roads in the entire area are easy to cycle on. Winterswijk can be reached quickly and the town immediately conveys a vacation atmosphere. There are plenty of opportunities to stock up on food or drinks if you run out of them. The site is very well maintained and the sanitary facilities are clean. There is a playground for the kids, swimming pool and other activities such as disco, baking bread on sticks, cinema and for the big... thirst and hunger there is a restaurant and a kiosk where you can order bread rolls and enjoy a snack (frikandel with fries). The area invites to long beautiful bike rides or walks. The owner is very nice and sociable. Dogs are welcome. Since you can easily adjust to this, it is not so tragic. The nearest shop is about 8 km away, so you should stock up on everything you need for your stay before you arrive. Overall a great place, nice people... and very quiet location. Thanks to the good cycle path connections, you can get to Winterswijk quite quickly - it's worth taking a stroll and you'll find shops here.Automatski prevedeno.

The pitches are very large and all have fresh and waste water connections. The operators do a great job, from... the hassle-free check-in to the well-kept pitches and the always clean sanitary facilities. They are not separated by gender, but that didn't bother us. The access road can be described as "sporty", but the "effort" is worth it. Because the way to the idyll is the goal! We will definitely be back!Automatski prevedeno.
