Pitches very large, electricity on site, water taps in two places, a little too far away from each other. Sanitary facilities are... adequate, but are getting on in years.
Beach and leisure facilities at the lake, steep, arduous walk there, also to the "restaurant" well there are burgers...
Very quiet location, many fitters stay overnight on the site, not disturbing, only when they all take a shower, there is a lack of hot water..,

The sanitary facilities are now perfectly adequate, the pitches are very large, but not perfectly level. There is access to the public beach with bathing facilities. As the site closes at 7 pm, no possibility to spend the night in front of the barrier. Many overnight guests are workers who have parked their vehicles there. A bit noisy in the evening. There are also bathing facilities with a large sunbathing lawn and playground.Negativne straneSober, functional, uncomfortable, old sanitary building too small and a bit "run down"This CP wants to be discovered a little...We also wanted to visit Stockholm on our round trip this year and therefore chose this campsite for more pragmatic reasons. The campsite also seemed "pragmatic" to us at first glance... Large, but not separated pitches, the campsite was always quite empty during the day and is frequented by tradesmen... (families), among others, who apparently pursue their "ambulant trade" in Stockholm. ATTENTION: there are two sanitary buildings (old and new). However, if you leave the CP steeply downhill towards the lake and leisure center, a more positive picture suddenly opens up. You should leave the "downhill car track" behind you and explore the lakes with their waterways - it's worth it! There is also a mountain bike trail. We watched these activities from the wooden terrace of the small restaurant/café. The campsite provides discounted parking tickets, which you should use to take the train (a few stops) into the city center of Stockholm. The CP is definitely recommended for a trip to Stockholm, but in our opinion not for longer, cozy family stays. Somewhat inconvenient: you have to drive to the Huddingen district for shopping (several shopping centers). The CP store offers very little food. We were disturbed by the cars arriving and departing on the adjacent gravel parking lot to the leisure center. The "boys" also drove around there with their tires spinning and engines roaring. If the stay was shortened, we still had to pay the full amount!Suitable for sightseeingAs previously described, the site is suitable for a visit to Stockholm. You need a car to get to the nearest train station. You can park there for 4€ and take the train to Stockholm for 6€ per person (approx. 20 min). Otherwise, the site is reasonably clean, but doesn't offer any special atmosphere.... There is a bread roll service, but it is expensive and not particularly tasty. Tip: First of all, only book fewer nights and rather extend your stay - if you want to stay shorter you still have to pay....that really annoyed us!!! - Thorsten M.July 2017Dobre straneGood for a visit to Stockholm.Negativne straneAs there were no barrier times, it felt like there was vehicle traffic on the square all night (and unfortunately not always at walking pace)Nice place to visit StockholmWe chose the site because we wanted to visit Stockholm. The site is located on a mountain that is suitable for winter sports in winter, as there is a ski lift there that is used in summer for mountain bikers and motorized vehicles that can be used to drive down the mountain. You need a car to stay there... because it is a bit off the road behind a cemetery. The reception was friendly. However, you can only buy a few things at reception, there is no real store. The site has two sanitary blocks, but we would recommend the one at the back on the right as it was always clean and you should also take off your street shoes for the shower area, which contributes significantly to cleanliness. It was a bit annoying that you can only get into the sanitary blocks with a key, and you only get one per pitch. The showers work without any additional costs. The operators have a contract with a parking garage nearby (approx. 6 km away). You can park your car there all day for 4 euros and you are right next to the S-Bahn. We stayed there for 2 nights with our tent. You can reach the site from the main road after 2-3 kilometers via a cemetery through the forest. Despite its proximity to Stockholm, the site is quite naturally situated between tall trees.... A lake for swimming and a hill for skiing in winter or riding downhill cars are right next to it, but we didn't use either. The lake is for public use and is popular with large families from the surrounding area. Unfortunately, this also affects the cleanliness of the sunbathing lawn. The site is manageable and quiet despite good occupancy. However, you can hear the main road quite clearly at night. The tent meadow is unfortunately a bit sloping and the power connections are installed on a central island. You should therefore have enough cable with you. Showers and toilets are fine, clean, but not a luxury. The kitchen building is also ok, just a bit small. Shopping facilities are very limited at the reception, but you can find everything in Huddinge, just a few kilometers away. The big plus point of the site is definitely its proximity to Stockholm. Either by train from Huddinge or by car, you can be in the city center of Stockholm in 20 minutes. It is also not a huge tourist site. However, I would not recommend it for a longer stay.Automatski prevedeno.

sabine k.August 2015Dobre straneQuiet location in the forest, close to Stockholm, also very nice for dogsNegativne stranedoes not existIdyll at the gates of StockholmThis beautiful campsite is beautifully situated in the forest on a slope by a lovely lake with a bathing jetty, go-kart track down the hill, mountain bike trails, lovely forest paths for walking the dogs, ski slopes and all this not far from Stockholm. We were given a friendly welcome and were able to... choose a pitch, there are extra paved pitches for motorhomes. There is a mixed small sanitary building and a slightly larger one, both very clean. We were given parking tickets at reception for a parking garage right next to Huddinge train station, where we could park for free all day. The trains run every 15 minutes and 5 stops further on you are already in the middle of Stockholm T-Centralen. Perfect! There are two supermarkets at the station in Huddinge, there is almost nothing at the campsite. There is no wifi either. If you walk up the ski slope in the evening, about 10 minutes steeply uphill, you have a wonderful view with sunset. The campsite belongs to the Swecamp group.Automatski prevedeno.

We were allocated an old, very dirty wash house with a key, in which there was no less than 1 toilet and shower per gender. In the morning and evening... => waiting times >45min. We found a newer and cleaner one further away, but it was only for permanent campers and lodge residents! The site itself is surrounded by greenery, right next to a forest and a lake, and is nice and quiet. There are cabins to rent and also a tent pitch. The sanitary facilities are modern and were always clean. There is an outdoor kitchen with a sink and hotplates. There... are also ovens in the indoor kitchen. If you are traveling by car, you can be in the neighboring town in just 10 minutes. There are gas stations and supermarkets. In the village you can leave your car at a free parking lot and then take the train to Stockholm in just 20 minutes. The staff in Flottsbro are friendly and very helpful. If you have any questions, they are happy to help. The only downside is that the reception is only staffed for a few hours on some days. About 15 minutes by bike to the shuttle train to Stockholm. Many stuga, most of which are occupied by teams of craftsmen who leave for Stkhlm at 7 in the morning. The square itself does not offer any shopping facilities. However, there are various shopping centers nearby. There are 2 sanitary buildings. The newer one is very well equipped.
