"Very beautiful and well maintained - We stayed at CP Kattegat Strand Camping for 2 weeks in June 2024 and we really liked it there. The CP site is right by the sea. The pitches are spacious and the sanitary facilities are modern and always clean and well maintained. The family who run the campsite are very friendly, extremely helpful and obliging. The site has everything you could wish for as a camper: a store, restaurant and other amenities such as a lounge, kitchen with hotplates, etc. and, last but not least, peace and quiet. We would like to thank Jörn Pedersen and his family once again for the wonderful days we spent on the site.

"Beautiful campsite with great facilities - We had a great stay at Kattegat strand camping. Very friendly staff and great activities for kids. Our kids loved the pool party and foam party. The animal park was good and it is beautiful. Thank you for a great vacation.

"Good overall, but... - We were there after the main season, it all seemed a bit deserted and very lonely. The site is in a great location on a fantastic beach and there are more than enough opportunities for children to play. The sanitary concept without gender separation and no toilets separate from the showers (mostly only family bathrooms with shower and toilet) was not convincing, so you had to shower in the same room where the toilet was previously used. The pitches are perfectly OK, the site is very spacious. Even if the overall condition of the pitch facilities is good, it doesn't quite match the standard and price of the pitch. Not a bad campsite, but very expensive, price-performance ratio remains mixed due to the price.

"BEAUTIFUL place and super atmosphere and service - Best campsite with super service and happy and friendly staff. Always (24 hours a day) clean and tidy, well-maintained beautiful buildings and areas beautifully located, where nature is taken into account. The whole family can be entertained regardless of the weather - WE WILL COME AGAIN!

"More is not possible ! - We stayed here in a tent with 2 children (10 and 12) for 14 days in August 2015. It was pure relaxation. Great play opportunities for the children and therefore time to relax for the parents :-) We'll be there again next year.

From the north (Hirtshals): Go south by the motorway E39 and at Aalborg take the E45. Take exit 25, turn left and follow Humlebakken, after about 2 km turn right at Tranholmvej and take the 5th way in the roundabout …(route 595) called Egensevej. After roughly 17 km turn right following Kystvej/Dokkedalvej (route 541) and after about 15 km you will find TopCamp Kattegat Strand on your left hand side. From the north (Frederikshavn): Take the E45 southbound and, take exit 25, turn left and follow Humlebakken, after about 2 km turn right at Tranholmvej and take the 5th way in the roundabout (route 595) called Egensevej. After roughly 17 km turn right following Kystvej/Dokkedalvej (route 541) and after about 15 km you will find TopCamp Kattegat Strand on your left hand side. From the south (Germany): Take the E45 motorway northbound, take exit 39 and turn right following Hobrovej for 500 meters. Take the 2nd way in the roundabout following Nordskellet for 2.4 km, then turn left in the T-intersection following Mariager for roughly 1 km. Take a right turn at Højsletvej following it for 1.7 km, turn left at Hadsundvej (route 507) and follow it until Hadsund. Right after the bridge over the inlet turn left at Alsvej (route 541), follow route 541 through the centre of Als towards Øster Hurup. 2.5 km after Øster Hurup you will find TopCamp Kattegat Strand on you right side.
