We were here for 14 days (unfortunately booked). A beautiful lake, large, parceled out pitches, half shady, some with a small hut + fridge, most pitches are very uneven, so difficult with a tent, but only 20-50m from the lake. Sanitary area very clean for France,... but F + M together. BUT primarily holidaymakers are accommodated here in huts (approx. 80-90%), so it is accordingly noisy, there is a lot of driving (also sometimes to the sanitary building), music sometimes until after midnight, which is not particularly loud in the camping area, but it is annoying. The pitches are not maintained. I think you can have a great vacation here with children of all ages, but if you like it a bit quieter and more well-kept, you're in the wrong place.Automatski prevedeno.- Fred B.July 2015A beautiful place - which the new operator has unfortunately just messed upLa Pergola is actually a great place for campers and vacationers who want to enjoy a beautiful lake in unspoilt nature and tranquillity. We've been there dozens of times: in tents and mobile homes, with and without children. Everything was great for years until Francloc took over and ruined everything:... entertainment all day long, loud music with full bass until midnight (!!!), tasteless children's entertainment (bloody knight films at bedtime) and fun garbage all over the site (confetti etc.). The entertainment is cool for teens, but unfortunately they still riot all over the place at night. We saw the gendarmerie on La Pergola for the first time. The old staff are gone; instead there are overworked temporary staff who were extremely stroppy when we made a really friendly initial noise complaint. The crowning glory was cockroaches in the mobile home and various dog turds on the pitch. Conclusion: Too bad, too bad and too bad again!Automatski prevedeno.

We chose it because it takes camping cheques. In contrast to other sites in the Jura that we had visited at the same time in previous years, it was not very busy. The reception staff allocate you random pitches based on... the length of your caravan. We did not like this. However, it was then no problem to get one of the desired pitches. Although there are theoretically several entrances to the lake via doors on some pitches in the first row, these are mostly locked. So you are forced to take a longer detour to the lake. The pool area is quite nice and the whirlpool invites you to relax for longer. The food on offer is interesting at first glance, as there is a restaurant, for example, where there is a grill in the middle of each table on which guests can prepare their own food. Too expensive for my taste, though. We then opted for a snack in the burger grill next door. What I was served there as a burger, for example, was downright cheeky. Everyone knows that a burger is served in a burger bun and that salad etc. is also included. This operator serves a burger patty on a plate and two halves of toast separately. That's it. Build your own burger ... It was also noticeable that they will probably focus more on guests in bungalows in the future, as they have recently invested here. Unfortunately, only one of the 2 wash houses was open. However, it was very well maintained and clean. Next time we come back to the area, we will probably go to one of the other places again.Automatski prevedeno.

The equipment (kitchen) is certainly ok in terms of crockery, but the frying pan and cooking utensils leave a lot to be desired. The biggest "minus" is the internet access. It is not possible to get a good connection - impossible. Asked the reception... about this: Your computer is too slow. Well, if you're already revealing problems, perhaps they should be taken seriously. For all those who know their way around IT: A ping to any host took at least 800ms. So communication is probably history. And you still have to pay for it. The price/performance ratio is "too expensive".Automatski prevedeno.
- Herve C.June 2013We've just returned from a 5-day vacation at "La Pergola" campsite. Very good campsite and friendly, attentive staff. The 3 pools were clean and the mobile homes well spaced out. Only downside: not enough shade on the children's play area (slides burning in full sun) and difficult access with a baby carriage to reach the pool (only steps).Automatski prevedeno.
- Siegfried L.September 2012We only stayed here for one night, but we hadn't planned to stay longer as we were heading further south. The site is really beautifully situated, but it is too sloping in places for motorhomes. We could only leave our pitch with help (pushing) due to the wetness. The sanitary facilities are bright,... clean and fairly new. It offers everything you need for a longer stay: Large lake on site, pool, entertainment, supermarket, restaurant (unfortunately only buffet). - Martin W.June 2012Sanitary always very clean, praise to the cleaners! Pitches very large, but unfortunately all very sloping. No pitch offers a clear view of the lake, but we were told this beforehand, so no negative rating here. Large selection at the site's own kiosk. Nearest supermarket unfortunately over 20 km away!... Unfortunately, the campsite restaurant only offers a buffet, no different meals. The snack bar offers (bad) pizza and (delicious) crepes. Overall quite expensive. Location very good. Beautiful beach and nice pools. Many very nice hiking opportunities (Herisson waterfalls, Baumes les Messieurs valley, rock labyrinth, moor hike, countless lakes...). WLAN 3 Euro 1/2 hour or 10 Euro 24 hours (can be divided over the vacation days). Nice shady trees on the site, but this also causes problems with TV and WLAN reception. No German spoken, but good English. Most of the site visitors are Dutch. Overall, we liked it and the Jura is really worth a trip!Automatski prevedeno.
R. K.May 2012First of all, I have to mention that we only stayed at this campsite for one night. So an objective assessment is only possible to a limited extent. Wonderful location on a beautiful lake. The pitches are generously sized but very uneven. Extremely loud music from a live band in the restaurant late into the night on Whit Saturday. Afterwards, visitors bawled until the early morning. However, I believe that the site is otherwise rather quiet.Automatski prevedeno.
Nick R.August 2011Location: The campsite is located directly on the lac de chalain, a breathtakingly beautiful lake. The nearest supermarket is in Champagnole, 25 km away. The nearest cash machine is in Doucier about 3 km away. Otherwise quite off the beaten track, but ideal for hikers and cyclists. Well signposted paths!... The site: The site management is very well organized, friendly and speaks English and German. The pitches are huge, parceled out and mostly semi-shaded. The site has entertainment, a playground, sports facilities (badminton, volleyball, boules courts, table tennis tables and a very nice swimming pool. A small kiosk, which is open daily (including Sundays), offers the most basic necessities. 2 restaurants complete the offer. Clientele: Mainly English and Dutch vacationers. Hardly any youth groups, night-time peace is observed as it is checked by the security service! Sanitary facilities: Children's bathrooms in both sanitary buildings. Toilets mostly clean, the facilities in the rear building are somewhat simpler than in the front building. Value for money: The immensely high price in high season is completely unjustified.
