We were there 2 years ago but in spring it was great with the food in the restaurants.NegatívumokAt the end of the season, restaurants are rather sparse. Noise from locals and permanent campers only at weekendsNice campsiteFriendly and helpful campsite operators. We were there at the end of Sept - beginning of October with our 2 dogs. It was pleasantly quiet, only a bit busier at the weekend. Lots of permanent campers. Locals. Few motorhome pitches. WLAN good. Sanitary facilities ok. We were generally quite satisfied. There are plenty of stores and places to eat nearby. You have to visit the castle. The location in the middle of the tourist area causes noise late into the night. The beach is nice and clean, but is totally overcrowded. The sanitary facilities are new but there are far too few. The shower area is directly visible from the road and the sinks, there is no privacy! During our 4 nights stay, the beach was plowed once at 4:00 am and the garbage was picked up once at the same time. The surrounding bars and restaurants do not close until 1:00 am. Sheltered sites are large and well maintained. Many permanent sites, but also excellent trekking sites, some even with grass. The owner's son is very good speaking English so you can fix everything with him. Be careful of trees- the juice from the leaves can make your caravan and car dirty as it happened for us later August.
