"Nice & peaceful place - Good place for camping with a tent. You don't have to just sit on the grass in front of your tent, you have both terrace and indoor place to spend time.

"Small but mighty! - Very friendly operator of the campsite. Sufficient tables and seating inside and outside for this small site. Apart from the river flowing past, there is absolute peace and quiet. However, every guest has to provide for themselves. Apart from a few drinks and cosmetics, there is nothing here.

"Very nice place, directly on the Vltava. - When you first arrive on the narrow road, you think you've lost your way. But the site, which is located directly on a large meadow, thrives on this secluded green setting. There are lovingly designed flower islands between the pitches. There is a kiosk, a pavilion and small seating areas everywhere. Dinghy tours are offered. But the many boats are not allowed to moor at the campsite. Cesky Krumlov is not far away.

"Beautiful, quiet place located directly on the Vltava River - We had wanted to visit the town of Krumlov for a long time. Now we've decided to stay over May 1 and I phoned the Krumlov tourist information office in advance to find out that the campsites in Krumlov don't open until May 1. From April 27 to May 1, the "Magical Krumlov" event took place in the town. A very nice event with a lot of movement in the town. Information and pictures can be found on the website of the town of Krumlov. But now to CP Paradijs, north of the town. Before we decided on CP Paradijs, we looked at other places in and around the town of Krumlov. Yes, it was true, they were still closed. Although there was this big event in the city and many visitors were attracted by it. Well, we ended up at the Paradijs campsite. My forerunner has already reported a lot and everything is correct. I'll now add some recent photos of the site. When we arrived we were asked if we had a reservation. No, we hadn't, there were still plenty of free places, but they filled up 30 minutes after our arrival. We were happy to have found a nice spot right next to the Vltava River. Next time we will book in advance, just to be on the safe side. This campsite is open from April 15th. It is still run by Jana, who is now a young mother of a son and had just given birth a week earlier. Together with her parents and husband, she takes care of the campers' needs. The sanitary facilities have already been mentioned and everything is still very clean. There is another shower trailer with 3 showers and toilets between the two campsite areas. Cleanliness prevails here too. The family takes care of everything themselves. Jana's mother takes care of the beautiful plants on the campsite. There is a herb garden where you can help yourself. We paid a total of 55 euros for 3 nights and visitor's tax and we will definitely return to this campsite. We were mobile with our scooter and had no parking problems in the town. The access road from the main road, which is over 1 km long, is now paved and very easy to drive.

"beautiful directly on the Vltava - As no reviews have yet been given for this campsite, I want to write something about it briefly, although we have decided to go to another campsite. The site is located in a valley directly on the Vltava and is rightly called Paradise. Once you have made the somewhat bumpy journey, you find yourself in a very idyllic place. It was too remote for us, we wanted something with a restaurant nearby. We didn't meet an operator there either, but other campers told us to just pitch up and register tomorrow. Unfortunately, I can't say anything about the state of the sanitary facilities.

Our campsite is situated directly at the river Vltava (Moldau) and is surrounded with romantic forest and meadows. Our motto is: "Holiday in quiet and clean milieu." Our campsite has got since 2008 the European certification ACSI. You can spend …your holidays in our campsite in your own tents or caravans. There are also two "retro-trailers" to hire (1x 5 beds, 1x 3 beds), comfortable family apartment for max. 5 persons and a mobilehome for 4 persons. For reservation call +420 776 898 022 (Dipl.-Kffr. GPS: 48° 50′ 33.259″N (48.8425628 N) 14° 21′ 47.405″ E (14.3631408 E) Note: GPS coordinates are given on the turning of the main road No. 39 / I. Then you should follow the signs on the road. The campsite is …1 km from the main road. How do I get to campsite … - by car? I drive from Český Krumlov… Follow the main road number 39 / I in the direction to České Budějovice. Drive through the village Přísečná. Then the road descends into the valley of the Vltava river and you have to slow down and start looking for the signs of the campsite. Before the bridge over the river turn left. You may not drive over the bridge! It is allowed to turn left although there is a full line. When you turned off the main road, you have to pass under the big bridge and follow the narrow road. After approx. 1 kilometer you will arrive directly to the campsite Paradijs. I drive from České Budějovice … Follow the main road number 39 / I in the direction of Český Krumlov. After approx. 20 kilometers begins the main road to slope to the valley of the river Vltava. In this moment you start to be carefull. You may not turn in the village Rájov, but you must cross the bridge and just behind it turn sharply to the right. By the bridge there is a big sign Camping Paradijs. Then you pass under a bridge and after 1 kilometer driving on a narrow communication you’ll be in campsite. - by bus? The nearest bus stop is located one kilometer from the campsite Paradijs, at the beginning of the bridge in the village Rájov. The busses stopping on this main road are named JIHOTRANS, line 330 020, running between České Budějovice and Český Krumlov. The bus stop is called “Zlatá Koruna, Rájov”. The tickets on this line are sold directly by the driver. The bus stops on this bus stop roughly every hour. In Český Krumlov you’ll be in about 10 minutes and in České Budějovice in about 35 minutes. Here you can find the bus and train timetable. - by train? Arriving by train to our campsite is not very comfortable. It is better to arrive by bus, if you do not have your own car. The train stop is called “Zlatá Koruna” and is located on the top of the village Zlatá Koruna. From the train you must walk 4.7 kilometers, which takes you on foot about 1 hour (downhill). Because there is a relatively bigRoad from the train station to Camping Paradijs height difference, we do not recommend you to arrive by train with big baggage.
