"Incredibly poor service and cleaning - Very disappointing stay my wife and I experienced. As if you as a camping guest are put in the second-third row. The hotel/cafe is probably the only thing that is being done about.

" - A beautifully maintained site that leaves nothing to be desired. The facilities are of a high standard. The owner couple are open-minded and very helpful. Communication is also possible in German or English. The adjoining restaurant offers good catering options (e.g. breakfast buffet). All in all, a place in the middle of a wonderful natural landscape, which we have visited for the third year in a row and can only recommend.

" - Top place ! Everything new, clean and available in sufficient numbers. Everything you could wish for. Nice, helpful operators. Optimum, large pitches. Electrical connections at their best. Lots of forest for hiking. Cycling is not so good. If I'm in this area again, I'll definitely go back for a few days. It was very relaxing! Restaurant, small store and bread service available.

Nestled right at the edge of the forest, you have direct access to the ancient forest, which features swimming lakes, fishing lakes, and trails for hiking, horseback riding, running, and mountain biking. Explore unique terrain and magnificent nature in Denmark's largest contiguous forest area. However, we can't promise you won't need to stop to enjoy the stunning viewpoints along the way. The forests around Velling Koller offer various beautiful running, cycling, and hiking routes. Some routes feature rugged terrain, while others are less challenging with gentle slopes. On all routes, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the ancient forest, enjoy rare plants, see old bogs, experience untouched woods, rich wildlife, and refreshing swimming lakes – all without being disturbed by motorized vehicles, as most forest paths are car-free.
