Superficial cleaning, no dishwashing facilities
In the middle of Szeged.
Actually a good place, but unfortunately also very neglected. Many sockets didn't work, so the walk to a working socket was very long. The sanitary facilities are only cleaned very superficially. Shower heads were missing from ALL showers. The place is good for sightseeing in Szeged, but unfortunately not for more.

Not maintained, very expensive, pour cleaning personnel young kids with no experience or authority.
Totally worn-down campsite. Don't go!!!
The campsite is on a nice spot, close to Szeged. But it is very bad maintained. No showerheads, most part of the day only cold water. "Cleaning" (very basic spraying some water around) max. Once a day. Dirt and Spiderwebs all over. Grass partly maintained. Rough terrain. Best of all are the Discotheques... at the other side of the river. They start at about 11 p.m. and until 3 a.m. the music gets louder and louder, and lasts until past 5 a.m. so no night rest at all. No bread or other shopping facilities at campsite. Extremely expansive for Hungarian standards. Not worth a penny.

Fine camping
Been in June, seniors couple, with camper, great on the water stood the Tisla, Quiet, during the day some crowds by the pool with children but not bothersome for us, Szeget is walking to reach and fine to do, beautiful city with lots of culture, bus and train (but discuss place) are free for 65 + though bring tourist card. Owner gives 10% discount if you have Acsi card.

Beautiful, but in need of renovation
Advantages: - The location of Kemping Square is enchanting. Directly on the river Tisza. - From Sunday to Thursday it is quiet. Ideal for relaxing. - Kemping Square has two private swimming pools (approx. 30-35°C). - Ideal for sightseeing. - Szeged offers a lot of program possibilities. Especially for... families with children. Highly recommended. Disadvantage: - Time has stood still in Kempingplatz. In need of renovation or renewal. As if you were in the 60s. - Playground is outdated and small. - The sanitary facilities lack hygiene. - The kitchen and washroom may have existed in the past. Now only a door is a reminder. - There is a disco boat on the other side of the shore which keeps you awake until 5am on Fridays and Saturdays. - Staff still have a lot to learn. Especially friendliness and motivation. - Only electricity at the pitches.

Pozitív élmény
Most jártunk itt a belvárostól néhány perc, az infrastruktúra teljesen felújítva, vadonat új vizesblokkok, szeparált kemping beállók, gyönyörű virágok, parkosított terület, sokat fordítottak a vendégek kényelmére. ++++++

Only for lovers of techno music until the early hours of the morning
The site is ideally located for exploring Szeged, but that's the only positive thing. The site is neglected and the sanitary facilities are simply disgusting. No shower cubicles or shower curtains, you are completely out in the open! Only cold water, no matter what time of day, the water stinks! Outdoor... sink, filthy! The beach facing the Tisza is unkempt, completely overgrown. "Reception" unfriendly, the price is far too high for what is on offer! Directly opposite the campsite is a disco ship (?), late in the evening the droning goes on until the early hours of the morning. We have never experienced this so blatantly anywhere else!

Sajnálatos.....
"Nagyon jó fekvésű (pár perc séta a belváros), rendben tartott nagy füves részek. A vizesblokkok felújításra szorulnak, meleg víz csak korlátozott időben van. A személyzet segítőkész és barátságos csak nem szóltak, hogy a szemközti parton (50 méter) üzemelő yacht klubban éjjelenként disco van, ami miatt pihenni és aludni nem tudtunk. A medencék üresen állnak.

Camping right on the river, close to the center. The staff speaks English - that's the pluses. Minuses - on August 11 it looked as if it was already after the season, buffet, store - all closed! Swimming pools, described on their website, do not work. The possibility of swimming in the river is also... absent - there is a clear ban. Sanitary facilities clean, but it blows hard in them, because they are not completely enclosed. Warm water at designated times, but at what times it is not stated - around 23 there was no more, you have to go by feel. Camp site exposed, strongly can blow from the river, fear to camp under the trees. Relatively quiet, on weekends there are sometimes noises from clubs across the river. Overall - for this price one would expect more, and some of the information from their www is pure fantasy.

This site is comfortable for our family and maintains a decent standard. We plan to visit the campsite in the future even though it is about 900KM from us.

Friendly night watchman. Hot water cut off from 10pm to 6am.clean toilets, but no curtains in the showers.although close to the city (on the other side of the river): very natural: hares, rabbits, hedgehogs and squirrels as discreet neighbors. If it hadn't rained, that would have been enough.

Egl. A nice site with pools and the like, but the sanitary facilities are in need of renovation (they are clean enough). Some traffic noise from the other side of the river.
