Today you ripped off a nice couple who you sold the more than 20 year old - permanently standing caravan with at least 4 previous owners on the site for € 1,700.00 to move away. They now want their money back because they have just seen the littered site. They simply drove away and left the poor people out in the rain with their garbage. Sad - incredibly sad.
Important: They were permanent campers - this is forbidden in Germany and only tolerated by the municipality. As of today, June 10, you have neither paid nor vacated the pitch. The place is unbeatable in terms of unfriendliness. An inquiry on arrival regarding price was answered with a threat of expulsion from the site because of "bad karma". When I... asked whether tourist tax was payable for people with severe disabilities, I was described as a parasite on society. Incidentally, the baths are not suitable for people with disabilities. Steps at the entrance without railings, no stool or similar in the shower, participation in yoga for disabled people not welcome - they take a place away from healthy people!
Some of the parking spaces are very small. The pitches on one side are just big enough for a camper van + awning, but are longer, while those on the other side are exactly 3 vehicles wide. With a camper van, there are trailers, awnings and cars next to each other - not much of the idyll remains. The washrooms and toilets were always cleaned between 7 and 10 in the morning and were then closed. Some of the soap dispensers were broken/empty. If the children don't dare to go to the men's room, waiting over 1 hour is hard. The advertised organic food store was unfortunately also not available and you actually have to shop at Netto. The pizza in the restaurant was good, but only half a portion - you won't get full. We also tried the burger, but everyone got something different to what they ordered. There was also a great playground for younger children, unfortunately with full sun. For us this was not a nice vacation - just because of the owner's approach, the emergency situation 2021 was exploited. Please always stick to the truth. 2 places are 2 places and must of course be paid for as such, we have no hidden costs or anything similar - with us the place is calculated with people. We can't give the pitches away - especially not after 3 lockdowns.
The disabled WC and toilet are of... course barrier-free - there is an extra room that can be accessed by wheelchair via a ramp, a seat in the shower and handles on the toilet and, of course, the possibility of driving under the basin in a wheelchair. We always have "wheelchair users" who are in rehab in Bad Wildbad and they are all very satisfied. They didn't have this handicap - they could walk.... so we don't understand where it wasn't barrier-free for you????
Yoga and Pilates were group courses and you wanted special instruction. With a participation fee of € 5.00 and a maximum of 6 places in times of the pandemic, we CANNOT PROVIDE THIS FINANCIALLY. We have never excluded you ... only informed that it is a group course for participation in the group without individual instruction. Modification from easy to difficult is self-editing.
Of course we offer in our organic store - during the opening hours (you always wanted to buy something outside) - KoRO organic products - ... - as well as lots of things we produce ourselves. Spelt pizza and tarte flambée for €11.20 or €13.20 are great value for money - the customer feedback reflects this. THE NORMAL person is full after a portion that just fits on the board.
Cleaning takes place naturally and the cleaner does not need 3 hours for H/F but about 1 hour - she starts with the toilets and then they are immediately accessible again. This works perfectly even in the MAIN SEASON. We are known for camping with lots of space? Playground and sun ... well - a hat, sunscreen, .... I don't know how a campsite can meet all your expectations.Automatiškai išversta. - F. The food, baked goods and ice cream are MEGA delicious. The sanitary facilities are as good as new and clean.
The couple who run the... site and the groundsman are very friendly and dogs are welcome.

Small, fine, very well-kept sauna with panoramic views and all the trimmings free of charge on reservation, as well as yoga and Pilates courses.
Super friendly staff,... a helpful janitor always with a smile on his face. Beautiful, partially covered beer garden. There are super tasty home-baked spelt pastries and the Camping Stüble also places great value on fresh, regional ingredients. Vegan dishes are also offered on some days.
Well-kept playground, flowers blooming everywhere, S-Bahn right next to the site.
The sanitary facilities are always spotlessly clean.

The manager's treatment of day guests (our parents were visiting one afternoon/evening) was very unfriendly. We wanted to have dinner together at the campsite. My parents... had to pay tourist tax and a flat rate per person for this visit. We didn't bother going out for dinner... But the main thing we found annoying was the lack of respect and the threats towards our parents. We also do not offer electricity and water at the pitch - our structure is very clear - we do not have comfort pitches.
The closure was mandatory in the 1st period of the pandemic, as we had to control how many people were in the sanitary building. The emergency toilet can only be used alone and we can't afford a night watchman.
The € 37.00 includes: 2 people, pitch, electricity, yoga, Pilates, fitness, sauna, waste, cone (free with the train) - we think that's a SUPER price compared to all other pitches in the 4-star category. The criteria for choosing a site were: Good sanitary facilities, hiking opportunities and a sauna on site or nearby. Our choice fell on Camping Quellgrund and we were... not disappointed. We were welcomed by the very friendly janitor, who handled the check-in and later the check-out in a friendly and uncomplicated manner. He also provided us with all the information we needed. The sanitary facilities are as good as new, very well maintained and well heated. There is plenty of storage space in the spacious showers and the water comes out of the tap nice and hot, as do the sinks. The disposal for chemical toilets is also very tidy and completely odorless. We also really liked the sauna. The building is new and designed with great attention to detail. We don't really like pitches with a high proportion of permanent campers. Unfortunately, there are also some permanent camper pitches here that make a very untidy impression. But the owners can only influence this to a limited extent. Otherwise things would certainly look different. The spatial separation of permanent and tourist camping pitches is a good solution. We really liked the location directly on the rushing Enz. Another plus point is the S-Bahn stop right next to the site. With the Konus guest card, you can reach the most important tourist destinations by train free of charge and easily. And there are plenty of such destinations, be it the Kurpark, the Palais Thermal or the Sonnenberg with its treetop path and suspension bridge. Conclusion: Our winter camping experiment was a complete success.
