- Stefan F.July 2018Pozytywneclose to the highway, therefore ideal for those passing throughNegatywneExtremely narrow, not suitable for larger caravans.Things are pretty tight here!We were there for an overnight stay on our way south. Basically clean, otherwise pure 70s charm. Pitches rather small, paths very narrow and totally blocked with cars and boats. Not for the faint-hearted with a large trailer! The trains on the adjacent railroad line make a lot of noise. CAUTION when entering/exiting: if you blindly trust your sat nav, you can easily end up in an underpass that is not suitable for caravans!Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Christoph M.July 2015Pozytywne- Very lively campsite with rental accommodation, permanent campers and tourist pitches. - Pool and beach enhance the urban ambienceNegatywne- Noise pollution from the railroad line passing directly by. - Poor quality and cleanliness of sanitary facilitiesA star by the sea (Fano, Marche)A star by the sea, nothing more. In July 2015 for an overnight stay. Friendly site management, beautiful but very busy pool and a typical beach section for this part of the Adriatic: not very attractive rocky groynes separate the beach from the open Adriatic. The sanitary facilities in no way corresponded... to the ADAC rating: one star for cleanliness, one star for quality. The ADAC awards this site five stars in the 2014 camping guide and the current ADAC app. The site leaves an ambivalent impression: the site management and guests we met were very friendly and helpful. Pleasant. It is cramped here, permanent campers and rental bungalows characterize the ambience, at night the freight trains rattle past at short intervals via the Adriatic railroad located on the site. The resulting noise emissions are something for people with an unshakeable deep sleep.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Cengiz R.September 2014NegatywneLoud through the train.Super...Super. Typical Italian campsite. Very clean and friendly. Not for people looking for absolute peace and quiet. Children can be noisy without anyone complaining. Beach and pool are very good. We were there for 2 weeks in September with two adults and two children (13 and 11) and have booked again for 2015. - Rolf H.September 2014PozytywneBeautiful sandy beach Good cuisine Clean sanitary facilities Waste separationNegatywneRental huts in front of the beach access Small pitches Railway line directly next to the site (very loud)On the way to GreeceUsual Italian campsite Small pitches and relatively expensive as everywhere in Italy Staff friendly in the low season less busyPrzetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Roland M.May 2014Stayed at this site in the low season. There was disorder everywhere and boats were standing around. Few pitches, mainly permanent campers and bugalows. Sanitary facilities outdated and musty, we didn't manage to take a hot shower in the morning because the water turned off every few seconds. Noise pollution from the nearby railroad line. We cannot recommend this site at all, at least in the low season.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Achim S.September 2013Beautifully situated directly on the large beach, but only the rental bungalows in the first row have a sea view. With the exception of a few very few pitches, tourists have to place themselves further back, closer to the busy railroad line to the south, which is a nuisance on many Adriatic campsites.... -- In addition, there are many Italian permanent campers with permanent annexes on their caravans, so it's always busy at the weekend. In any case, not a typical vacation spot. -- There is a small pool with a few sun loungers, but it is nicer here on the beach, where there is also a small beach bar and a covered (!) children's playground in the shade! -- The sanitary facilities are ok, but a bit worn. Toilet lid broken (at the end of the season) and leakage at the water basin, well, at least there is a hairdryer to dry your hair. -- A small wall with a wire mesh fence borders the campsite to the beach, the only way out is through small gates - at least that's a safety aspect. -- Overall, the place as well as the pitches (uneven earth, grass, gravel) were a bit unkempt, probably also due to the fact that the opening time ended 1 week later. -- At least: WLAN was free, unfortunately slow and unstable, but if it costs nothing ... -- Pets were actually not allowed, but there were a few dog owners and ours also enjoyed the Cp cats. -- The restaurant was packed on Saturday evening, even with live music. Half the town seemed to be here, the ladies really dressed up. Lovely. The pizzas weren't that great, but the free homemade special lime liqueur was interesting. -- For two days, three nights, we found it quite nice and interesting, also for walks sometimes right, sometimes left up the beach, but next time we'll look somewhere else.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Carmen W.September 2013We were on this campsite for no more than ten minutes. It looks unkempt, whether it's the pitches or the sanitary building. A train rushes past every few minutes, so noise is inevitable. The pool area has also seen better days. We only found the restaurant appealing from the outside.Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
- Carola L.August 2013We spontaneously stayed at Stella Maris for 4 nights in August. If you're looking for a very small, typically Italian campsite from the 70s with no frills, this is the place for you. There are narrow, obstructed, far too full paths and the pitches close to the beach are more like the "edges of the dusty... paths". The campers on the other side of the site have pitches, but are almost on the tracks. The sanitary facilities are from the 70s and so is the smell of the cleaning products. The restaurant is typically Italian and the food is quite good but not exactly cheap. BUT - as far as hospitality is concerned, some 4-star campsites can learn a thing or two from HERE and the private beach is one of the most beautiful stretches of the entire coast! All in all, you'll find pure Italy here - including the senior manager's daily pitch round. I wouldn't want to stay here for 3 weeks, but it's well worth the money for a few nights on a trip to Italy and to relax on the beach. You have everything you need. Old - but clean and very simple - but friendly. The surrounding campsites in the neighborhood are not a real alternative!Przetłumaczone automatycznie.
