Clean, and that's it!
Sanitary facilities with standing toilet or bowl without glasses no toilet paper, standard of the 60s, hot water not available, pool unsuitable for children. Sports and playground closes at 19.00 although it is not quiet until 23.00. Access roads very narrow to unsuitable for motorhomes and caravans. No parking facilities at check-in. Parking lots far away and subject to charges. Never again!

insane toilet facilities, toilets just a hole in the ground, no toilet paper, no hand soap. very poor access to the campers' pitches, we cut our cars off, couldn't get in. play area only open for a couple of hours in the morning....
Disappointing
we will definitely not visit here again ... for us a poor campsite.... we cannot recommend ....

Camping vacation at the Klosterhof
It wasn't our first time at Campeggio Toscolano, but whether by motorcycle, car, motorhome, caravan, in rental accommodation or at the campsite, it was a great vacation every time!
Located directly on the lake, a supermarket within walking distance, good food in the restaurant on site, quick access to the mountains around the lake, everything just fits!

Friendly staff, clean mobile home, very quiet place
We stayed in a mobile home from June 7-11, 2019. The accommodation was absolutely clean and also good value for money. However, we went to the wash house to shower because the shower in the mobile home was too small for us. The showers in the wash house were always clean, I can't say anything about the... toilet blocks because I didn't use them. There was no children's disco which was a shame for our daughter. Nice helpful staff, beautifully situated site, good restaurant. Two pools, one of which was closed for renovation.

Zero hygiene. Unkempt and full of dogs and dog excrement.
We will not be back.
I visit this place every year and have done so since 1972. In the last 10 years it has gotten worse from year to year. The location alone has kept me visiting this campsite. The sanitary facilities are a disaster. Apart from 6 toilets, there are only holes in the floor, so you have to squat down. Dirt... and mold everywhere you look. Cleaning staff totally overwhelmed. The cleaning ladies carry cleaning products and utensils in shopping carts from the neighboring "Migross" supermarket. The hotel laundry is piled up in gray bags in a corner of the main building under the pool. It drips through the ceiling everywhere. The campsite is used by hotel guests as a dog toilet. We sit in front of our caravan at dinner and the first thing you see is a big pile of dog poo in front of the table. In the evening, a dog pees on the pitch every 5 minutes as it is surrounded by 4 trees. It smells accordingly. The whole site is unkempt. Not suitable for children. Annimation takes place in the evening on the beach in the form of a children's disco. The children's disco is advertised from 10pm to 11pm, but it usually ends after 20 minutes and the disappointment is correspondingly great. So if you are looking for an unkempt campsite with inadequate hygiene and want to pay €70 for 5 people, then "Camping Toscolano" is the place for you. The price includes 3 A electricity / 720 watts. So better leave the air conditioning and coffee machine at home.

Overpriced, not recommended even for those passing through
Fantastically situated on the western shore of Lake Garda. Direct access to the lakeside promenade. The sanitary facilities do not appear to have been renovated since the 1960s (standing toilets). The sanitary facilities are unkempt and make a very unhygienic impression. At the time of our visit (May... 2015), the opening hours of the store were not to be guessed. The swimming pool was closed. Parts of the complex are in a deplorable state. The adjacent and associated hotel apparently specializes in day trippers with correspondingly loud background music. At night, peace and quiet could actually return, but then the roar of the air conditioning systems of the numerous mobile home accommodations on the site mingles with the silence. Numerous permanent campers. Even the bill you receive is a kind of loveless certificate printed on a sheet of paper without mentioning the name of the campsite. Cash payment is mandatory. EUR 41.60 (including visitor's tax) for 2 adults and 1 child (4 years) with a camper van for one night is in no way commensurate with the service provided.

Were on the site in the 2nd half of Sept. 2014. Supermarket, swimming pool, everything closed. The place well located, comes in the years, it lacks maintenance. Washing machine, dryer defective. Paths very much by tree roots gehändikäppt. Very narrow paths. hardly accessible by vehicle. Tents partly... defective. Beach bar closed. Prices not controllable. Prices were around 28-29 euros at the time. Eating in the hotel next door possible. Many permanent campers.

We had booked a mobile home with half board.very good price-performance ratio in the off-season.very much peace and quiet in the off-season.I could still swim in Lake Garda on October 3rd.minor deficiencies are there want the Italian standard.we will be back.

Beautifully situated campsite with a pleasant beach with small stones. Pitches quite large, only the approach to the pitches is a bit narrow. We had difficulties with our WOMO (7.20m, with alcove) to reach our pitch, after a lot of maneuvering we were standing. After that it was a great vacation. Sanitary... facilities need to be renovated in places, but were clean. Overall verdict: We were satisfied, relaxed vacation. Friendly staff, very helpful in all matters.

Wybraliśmy ten camping z oferty eurocampu i na szczęście przynajmniej tego mogliśmy być pewni że namiot będzie spełniał wszelkie warunki. Miejsce położone w bardzo atrakcyjnym miejscu, cudna roślinność, widoki, spokój, bezpośredni dostęp do jeziora, urocze miasteczko, ale jest jedno ALE dla nas rodziny... z małymi dziećmi dosyć istotne. Obrzydliwe, brudne i śmierdzące sanitariaty. Toalety w dwóch miejscach ale stare, zniszczone (napisy "pamiątkowe" na drzwiach widnieją z datą z początku lat 90-tych), kafelki pobrudzone kałem, zasikane podłogi, rozkładające się resztki papieru i jedzenia w zlewach do mycia naczyń. Przez tydzień widziałam jeden raz osobę która sprzątała sanitariaty. Do tego prysznice z zatkanymi odpływami co powodowało brodzenie w brudnej wodzie po kostki podczas brania prysznica... Kontenery przepełnione, wysypujące się śmieci... Rozmawialiśmy ze starszym niemieckim małżeństwem które spędziło w tym miejscu w zeszłym roku 6 tyg i zachęceni zeszłorocznymi wakacjami w tym roku też powrócili i byli równie jak my zdegustowani i załamani bo podobno w zeszłym roku sanitariaty sprzątane były nawet 4 razy dziennie. W tym chodzili kilka razy na skargę ale bez skutku. Nie jestem w stanie pojąć jak ten camping może mieć cztery gwiazdki ?! Nawet moje czteroletnie dziecko po pójściu do toalety stwierdziło: "mamusiu jak tu brudno i śmierdzi". W opisie było podane toalety standardowe ( :D ) i plac zabaw (czyli stare dwie zjeżdżalnie i chwiejąca się huśtawka). Co do sprzątania otoczenia to raz jeden alejkami przeszedł się pan zamiatając wielką dmuchającą tubą co powodowało wzniecenie w powietrze całego kurzu który wcześniej leżał na alejkach a po przejściu pana znalazł się w naszych namiotach, samochodach itd. Na szczęście wszystko rekompensowały nam widoki z pobliskiej plaży ;) Mam wrażenie że camping to ich działalność uboczna i wszystkie pieniądze inwestowane są w luksusowy hotel który prowadzą właściciele w tym miejscu. Podsumowując - jeśli ktoś jedzie z eurocampem do domku i szuka cichego, pachnącego i kwiecistego miejsca z ładnymi widokami to polecam jak najbardziej, jeśli ktoś jedzie jak my pod namiot, zwłaszcza z małymi dziećmi to odradzam całym sercem.
